Located at the Wildflower Inn, our restaurant and pub are open year-round, seven nights a week, serving a full dinner menu, daily specials, house-made desserts, and craft cocktails. On warm days, the Patio and Beer Garden (the only disc golf course in Vermont that finishes at a Hill Farmstead-sponsored beer garden) is the best spot on Kingdom Trails for a cold beer or glass of wine after a ride. We host private events for 10–50 people indoors and 50–300 outdoors on the lawns, making us a favorite for celebrations and weddings. For a quick trailside option, visit the Hub, located in the Rifugio bike shop building, which is perfect for riders looking to refuel.

I specifically requested an outdoor seat and they gave us an indoor seat looking out which I guess was ok but there was plenty of room outside .. must be a staffing issue …
The food was good. The gluten free crab cakes were worthy of returning, absolutely delicious!!
Three of us got burgers, my husband’s and mine were too overcooked but we ate them, really too bad. They did have good gluten free buns, the side salad was delicious. My cousin got the trout entre and it was overcooked but she seemed to enjoy it.
I got a $15 fancy drink and it was so tiny and literally no alcohol.
The service was terrible; it was difficult to find our waitress, after our appetizer she took our silverware (?) and then never returned it, really weird, even though we had salad so we used our friends salad forks, then I asked for extra napkins because their cloth ones are smaller than any napkin I’ve seen before and I’m a messy hamburger eater and she never came, service was just so slow the entire time and the restraunt wasn’t even busy ..
But back to the food: I’m not uploading a photograph of the food because the culinary team here wisely understands that it’s all about the taste, the taste, and the taste. They use local ingredients and have done some of the most basic cooking in the most delicate and delicious ways. For example, they had a special scallops, and also another one of Striped bass simply because those are in season now in New England, and they were able to get them for the fishmonger, and so there as fresh as if you were eating them on Cape Cod. They were accompanied by very delicate sauces, as to not overwhelmed the beautiful taste of the fish. A friend got a fantastic Berger, which was made with a local blue cheese, which was out of this world.
The setting here is incredible. It’s on a beautiful hill with nothing to see except nature at the sunsets.
This place is certainly worth a journey and definitely worth coming up to have a great meal and to spend the night.
