My husband and I have gone here several times. The first few times were amazing! They seem to make their own bread and the quality of their sandwich ingredients is very nice.
However, the last couple of occasions have been fairly disappointing, and I don’t honestly know that we will come back. When you order the combo meal, it says you will get a 20 oz drink included. The last couple of times, we have been served our drinks in glasses that absolutely could not fit more than 12 oz, and by the time that they are done loading these glasses with ice, you aren’t even getting that. If this establishment wants to serve less drink with their combo meals, that is their decision, but I don’t like being told one thing and being given another, and not getting what I paid for.
This isn’t the only inaccurate advertising. On their whiteboard it clearly states that their lemonade is freshly squeezed…. It is not. It is a mix. Which again, is fine. But don’t tell your customers you are serving something you are not.
My last critique is just our last experience there. Considering they were not busy and the customers have to fill out their own order sheet, I was fairly surprised when they managed to put the wrong cheese on one of our sandwiches. Mistakes happen and I can have grace for that, but it certainly did not help with everything else I mentioned.
It also ended up being a fairly expensive lunch date, considering I had to miss a day at work, due to catching some virus from a staff member’s child.
