Food truck in front of Lowes. The Monster burritos are huge & loaded. The carnitas was tender. Steak was salted nicely. Green salsa was lime in a good way. Fast & very friendly service.

I was excited to try this new taco truck since I eat at a lot of local spots, but my visit last Sunday was disappointing.
When I arrived, the truck was empty. The employee was washing dishes, and when I knocked, she seemed startled which I understood but she opened the window without any greeting or acknowledgment. I ordered a taco combo with asada and asked if they had avocado. She responded with a flat “no,” even though I later learned they offer guacamole and could have mentioned it.
She rang me up and asked me to fill out the tip on the screen. I still tipped well, thinking maybe she was just caught off guard. When my pager went off, I returned to the window. She handed me the food and immediately shut the window without a single word no “thank you,” no “have a good night.”
The whole interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. I love taco trucks and was looking forward to having a new option nearby, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
