I eat here often, the food is absolutely amazing and 100% gluten free! Even the bar. By day they offer lunch bowls and fun elixirs, and by night a farm-to-table fine dining experience with a lot of their food coming from Titusville farm that they own.
They have a beautiful bar with lots of fun drinks and gluten free beer, and a rotating gluten free dessert menu. I absolutely love their brioche dinner rolls and potato croquettes appetizer.
Their spatzle, miso cabbage, and pizza are also absolutely amazing! The staff is also so so friendly. I recommend getting a reservation on weekends. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Many people recommended The Wild to us. We wanted to treat a friend to a nice dinner, so we made reservations for Saturday evening. We ordered the rosemary brioche as an appetizer. It had an odd texture and was quite dense, not like any brioche any of us had ever tasted. We could not finish it eat it. Being a vegetarian, I ordered the only selection on the main course that did not contain fish or meat – mushroom risotto. It was very salty and didn’t have much flavor beyond all the salt. We were a party of the three. Two of us had just set down our forks, when the waiter swooped in to take our plates. The third member of our party felt obligated to hurriedly finish so the waiter could take his plate, which he did immediately. I understand turning tables, but we had only been seated for 50 minutes. We declined dessert. The evening was disappointing and all we could do was apologize to the friend we had invited.

Cool vibe when you walk in. Dining spills out the back past an energetic bar, thru large open windows onto the sidewalk. Probably contributed to the good noise level. Friendly but not overattentive staff willing to return multiple times as we chatted & absorbed the dinner options. Very veggie oriented, sourced partially from own farm. Delicious creative limited menu. We had 6 great items. Great looking plates. Brilliant tasting. Short wine list with a couple of really good by the glass options. So rare & considerate of we who LOVE wine but can’t do a whole bottle. There are other dining options on Main St but none of this caliber. A real jewel. (I think Coffee & Kitchen next door is related & I loved the coffee & gluten-free pastries they make)

Very good bowl here. I had the Satay chicken bowl with the Bartlett Bloom tea. My plate was clean. It was a bit spicy just not heat spicy, more ginger spicy. The pear tea was tasty also. When I come back to this area,I will come back

Max truly made our entire night. Yes, the food was fantastic and the wine was excellent, but the service is what tied everything together. He was exceptionally knowledgeable without ever being pretentious, guiding us through the menu and wine pairings with confidence. More than that, he treated us like he was personally hosting two guests in his own home. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in our experience. That level of care is rare, and it transformed a great meal into a memorable evening. Service like this is what keeps people coming back, plus the atmosphere is gorgeous and well-polished. It was so nice to not have to worry about allergy accommodations… definitely my new favorite restaurant!

Great first experience at the Wild! They have put some much love into this space to make it beautiful- and the food is the perfect lunch faire -light and fresh! I sat at the bar and all of the large windows were open and it had a very breezy island vacation vibe feel— which is a nice change up for Beacon’s food scene.
Adding some more pics from dinner service at the Wild- the dinner menu and ambience is an entirely different restaurant— fine dining fully gluten free- dishes change with the season and their specials are awesome- I am a huge fan of their cashew Cesar salad with adding Chicken or trout— Mussels w/ sourdough also a great choice.

Beacon has been a town on my way from the city and I always wanted to try this place. This time, I stopped by to try lunch after trekking on near by mountains.
First of all, I found the staff very kind and well trained (kudos to the management and the crew).
I ordered “Low and Slow” from the counter and sat at the bar after.
While waiting for food get prepared, I had a Belgian lager at bar. The food came out above my expectations, very tasty, healthy, and good portion. A perfect bowl after hiking I would say.
Later, I asked the bartender for an espresso martini (as my liquid dessert), and with a kind response, it was made as perfect as possible. Usually other places don’t make them very well. This one was made with right amount of ingredients and creamy too (due to quality espresso)

I will definitely come back to this place for my next visits at Beacon and I’d like to try other dishes from the menu.

I fell in love with this place. The vibes are warm and effortless, the food is exquisite, and the atmosphere—paired with soft music—invites you to slow down and stay a little longer. A perfect match for such a beautiful mountain town.

Our first time in Beacon and visited the wild for dinner by chance. I was blown away ! I loved the atmosphere very tasteful decor and even though it was 8pm on a Tuesday it still had a healthy amount of clientele. The wild mushroom risotto was amazing. The Braised chicken, the meat literally fell off the bone and the flavor was unreal. We had a couple mocktails that were refreshing and delicious and the tres letches for dessert was the perfect finish. Small menu but what better guarantee that everything is fresh and local.
