This place is very tasty. They sell canned big reds for $1.25 but do not offer ice. The owner is always a big ball of sunshine. She’s so friendly. You better hurry up and get some ice cream before for it melts.

This ice cream shop was featured in a movie.

Want to enjoy a scenic amazing view of the Ohio River with the City of Louisville in the background? This is the place.

Beautiful during the day, and spectacular during sunset. Peaceful and relaxing watching the night lights come on across downtown Louisville. Make sure to stop and get a photo with Rosie.

Plenty of parking and plenty of seating. Great ice cream and great friendly service. A riverfront staple for sourthern Indiana.

Just try it once and you will agree!!!

Such a fun and cute ice cream shop! My first time going there, their building was under construction, but they were still taking orders outside. I’m excited to see how it all turns out!

I ordered a scoop of cookies n’ cream and strawberry cheesecake (I couldn’t choose between the two…) and both were delicious! They have a great location right by the river, so we got to hangout for a bit at a table nearby. My husband ordered a specialty shake that he LOVED! It had peanut butter, banana, and chocolate. Our friends ordered the Superman ice cream and a strawberry cheesecake shake.

You can never go wrong with ice cream, but this place might just be one of my new favorite spots!

We had an awful experience with the Owner at this ice cream shop, and after reading the reviews, she does seem to be the problem at this establishment Almost EVERY 1 star review is for her ridiculous behavior.

The owner was exasperated because she had to call our number and we did not hear her. She loudly said snarky things about us to the other patrons (a 20-something couple, a middle aged man, and a family of 6) as we walked up to get our dessert. An absolute worst nightmare experience for someone with anxiety.

We had chosen to sit at the only shady table which happened to be by the road because the nice, shaded patio area was off-limits to patrons which may be why my husband (who is HOH dx) could not hear her. I am not HOH, nor was I looking at a phone, but I did only hear her call our number twice; the second time (which was immediately after the first, there was barely a pause between), I alerted my husband because he had not heard her.

There were many stray cats being fed by the staff while patrons were dining which I can’t imagine is allowed by the Health Department. Very unsanitary. I absolutely love animals, but you can’t run a food shop and feed critters next to it. We won’t be back.

Love this place! Jill and her team do a wonderful job of making sure everyone is happy! Jill offers a wide variety of sweet treats and we’ve never been disappointed in the variety! Now that it’s fall we had to try the pumpkin ice cream and it was amazing! If you haven’t already checked out the widows walk ice cream, you need too!!!

Wonderful helpful staff. My family and I had never been here before, and they were very kind. Ice cream was DELICIOUS. Banana splits were LEGEN”DAIRY”. I’m lactose intolerant and I demolished my banana split. very pretty scenery and lovely home. Even offered complimentary pup cups! I see why they have such great reviews! I’m glad I decided to come and try it out instead of chillers again, I will be back with more family! Thank you widows walk!

Follow the detour signs, you can park in Ashland park or drive by the road closed sign to park across from the creamery. Rosie the Riveter Statue is right across the street and Falls of the Ohio is down the street. There will be a great playground next the creamery once construction is complete. Follow the Facebook page for accurate hours.

Super cute local business with amazing hard scoop icecream, large menu, and an amazing view of the Louisville skyline with a park right across the street! Still open during construction, this will be my new go-to local icecream place of choice! Found this place via the “In My Halloween Eras Swifties” event on Eventbrite. Jill the owner is such a friendly, kind, genuine, caring soul. She put so much work into the event, everything was decorated impeccably and it was a great environment. We had Taylor music videos on the tv, games to play, pizza and icecream, friendship making station, and then streaming the Eras tour. I would recommend both this type of event and this business in general!

What a fun spot along the river! Everything was clean, and the ice cream was delightful! We liked that they used real fruit in their shakes and enjoyed walking across the street and enjoying our ice cream with a gorgeous view.
