Food was excellent. The scones were warm and soft, not overly dry. My favorite was the prime rib with horseradish cream. The smoked salmon and shrimp cocktail were also memorable. Save room for the bananas foster.
Our server Amanda was attentive and courteous.
Overall this is one of the best brunch meals I’ve ever had. Between bites, we admired the architecture and enjoyed the live music (we heard songs from Wicked and various Disney movies). Would recommend for a date or small group.
Side note: the restaurant offers valet parking, but we found street parking around the corner (free on Sundays).
The food is consistently outstanding, beautifully prepared and full of flavour, and the service is nothing short of exceptional. I’ve done private bookings here, and each time the experience has been flawless, seamless, and incredibly well looked after. The attention to detail and genuine care from the team always stand out.
A truly special restaurant that never disappoints and continues to deliver excellence every single time.
We also hired the pianist Joel Seah. Joel was fantastic. He’s the in-house pianist for the Whitney. I wasn’t picky as to the song choices, so I left it to the professional and was incredibly happy. The music choices were beautiful and it really suited the day. He really tied the whole day together.
