My husband and I had our 25th wedding anniversary dinner here and it was exceptional food and service, period! Making a reservation was simple. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. Our waitress, Terri, was very kind, proficient, and attentive. We were even surprised with a free mouth watering, delicious cookie a la mode for our anniversary! Best we have ever had! The manager personally stopped to talk with us and made us feel very comfortable while there. She too was very kind, proficient, and attentive to the customers dining there. You can tell that the management & staff care about their work taking pride in what they do, the facility, and the food. The food was outstanding! Tender, cooked just right, tasty exactly what you’d want! After our scrumptious dinner & dessert, we enjoyed our drinks on the beautiful beach sitting area and outside patio. So relaxing and peaceful!

Hands down the best meal we had while vacationing at the beach. We had heard such good reviews we drove from St George to eat here. White Marlin did not disappoint! The best bread and “berry butter” trust me so delicious! Oh and the atmosphere is gorgeous and it is on water with stunning views!

This was one of the nicest culinary experiences we had in a long time. The restaurant itself is stunning and the kitchen is open to the restaurant and those with a keen eye will recognize no expense was spared in the quality and attention to detail. From our table we saw a beautiful sunset and enjoyed live music on the terrace. We rarely order steak at restaurants because I’m often disappointed compared to my own but the Chef plated one of the best stakes I’ve ever had. I was so impressed by the barking and cook that I had to see how it was made and the chefs were gracious enough to show me their one of a kind charcoal grill. I could not recommend this restaurant more highly and wish we lived close enough to return more often! I rarely use the word “exceptional” but this restaurant is exceptional!

Cocktails and small plates at the bar or patio is highly recommended. Nick took care of us and made us feel so comfortable. Their house special Cocktails cover all the bases. My wife loved the Guava Margarita and my raspberry smash was right on target. The food was awesome. Definitely order the crab stuffed mushrooms and prime rib sandwich.

Amazing food, staff, and atmosphere!! Definitely will be going back. Our hostess made sure that we had the best seats possible to see a gorgeous sunset and get the best food. Our waitress Ray was extremely patient, kind, and helpful in making sure we had the best experience possible. Would highly recommend and will be referring to the many we know that travel to the beautiful Port St. Joe!

This is a great restaurant to visit if you’re looking for a great meal on your trip. It is more upscale than the other places around town, but had drinks and food selections for everyone. Service was great, and the views outside the restaurant were great as the sun set. When we return to this area for vacation, we will be back.

This whole experience was delectable. We sat at the bar (highly recommend. You can only get small plates out on the deck and full menu inside. But at the bar, you get BOTH). We made it for happy hour, 4-6 pm M-Sat. They feature specialty cocktails and chef’s choice small plate, but they have other great drink specials for happy hour.

We have dined at The White Marlin 4 times now. Each experience has been incredible. The Chef’s Bar is dinner and a show. The cuisine, cocktails, service and sunsets are unparalleled. This restaurant is an overall fine dining TREAT. It’s special. The food is perfectly prepared using meticulously selected, superior ingredients. Every single bite sends your taste buds on a flavorful trip to paradise. One look at the sunset and you know you’re actually there. Will definitely be a regular!
