Went here with some friends last weekend and had a really good time. Drinks are strong and tasty, food was actually way better then I expected for a bar. Staff was super nice and service was fast even tho it was pretty packed. The music and vibe were fun, def feels like a good spot for date night or just hanging with friends. They stay open till 2am which is great. Make sure to go on one of their DJ nights, its a whole vibe.

This spot is easily one of my favorite bars around, great food, great drinks, and an even better atmosphere. The kitchen stays open until 12 AM, and the bar keeps the energy going until 2 AM, which is perfect for late nights.
A huge shoutout to Lauren and Jessica, their hospitality is unmatched, and they know how to make a damn good drink! They’re easily my favorite bartenders. The weekday vibe is nice and chill, but come the weekend, this place turns up
They always have the games on, especially when the Knicks or Giants are playing and the energy is incredible. Overall, just an awesome spot with great people, good vibes, and it’s close to home. Highly recommend!

I had a burger with fries and a raspberry martini. I sat at the bar and Lauren took care of me. The burger and fries were good even though my burger was overdone. I asked for it medium well. As a result of the error, it was dry. I ordered some lemon pepper wings to go and they were very good. But the thing that stood out the most was my cocktail. Lauren did her magic on that martini and I loved it! The mix she used made the consistency different and gave it an elevated taste and mouthfeel. Kudos to her for taking something average to higher level. I hope to return and have more. The next time, I will stick to the wings though or maybe try something else from their menu. There were other options that stood out to me. I don’t mind spending a lot of money on a burger and fries but at minimum it has to be juicy. The atmosphere was nice. I enjoyed the music, the lighting and the ample seating. The bar is long and is my preferred place to sit if I’m alone. However, I went early in the day because its a sports bar and I didn’t want to risk having a long wait to be seated. Looking forward to round two.

Paola was hands down the highlight of our night at The Whiskey Priest in Hackensack. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and on top of everything. Her drinks were perfectly made, and her energy really set the vibe for the whole bar. She checked in consistently without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed. She told us about the food which was also amazing glad we ordered thanks to her love the burgers there. Great service like that is hard to find — we’ll definitely be back because of her!

If I could give this place zero stars I would and it’s all thanks to the horrible security like this guy! We got here at 1:15AM and even though google says they close at 2AM, they rudely and firmly refuse entry saying it’s not open to new patrons after 1AM. If that’s the case, then the google times are very misleading.
NEVER wasting time or money to come here again and neither should you- I live local to this bar but honestly I’m ubering to Hoboken where bars are MORE worth it to visit. Please uber to Tally-Ho, Pig and Parrot, 8th st tavern, dear maud, Shannon’s and more because these places will let you in minutes before they close because they are true to their displayed google times and not like this place which will refuse your entry up to an hour before they close.
DO NOT COME HERE- let’s close this down and get a real bar in town.

This spot opened in my downtown and I was so excited because I’d always heard great things about their other location—and it definitely lived up to the hype. I’ve been here twice so far.
The first visit was right after they opened, during happy hour (which has an amazing menu, by the way), and it was calm and peaceful. The second time, I came with a friend around 7 PM and the place was popping! The music was on point and the vibe was so good.
We left around 10 PM since they were showing a fight on TV and it got packed, but honestly, it added to the energy. We ordered the sampler, which is a must—so much food for such a good price. If you’re unsure about appetizers, just get it. It’s a little bit of everything.
Overall, 11/10 would recommend. Way better than Aura (the previous spot). This place is going to thrive.

Paola is hands down one of the best bartenders you’lll find at a sports bar. Super friendly, fast, and always brings great energy no matter how busy it gets. Drinks were perfectt and amazing. If Paola’s behind the bar, you already know you’re in good hands. Definitely coming back.

The atmosphere and vibes were really good, and the server at the bar was kind. The most I liked was that chairs at bar were very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was food. I had a smash burger and wings with my husband. They were way too salty.. patty and wings were well cooked though, too much salty,,

They have all kinds of deals throughout the week. If you like good music, the ability to dance, have a good bev and some food then in “Whiskey we trust” and my fav bartender Paolaaa. She’ll make great food suggestions, even better drinks and make you feel right at home. A true gem of this place. Easily became my regular bar.
