Good Bella Kaapi local beverages (coffee with jaggery), Paneer Wrap was the best, burger is delicious (they make their own buns daily).
Ambience is good, it’s basically an old house-turned-cafe, so gives that ambience.
Plenty of games to chill out here.
Menu has burgers, sandwiches, Pasta, beverages and desserts, but limited options.
Service is okayish, decent parking space. Rates are fair. Not easy accessibility from road, 3 close turns and cuts makes it difficult to find.
Worth visiting!

I think some places have to be experienced to understand and feel beyond the ratings and numbers .

Beautiful and down to earth .
The place reminded me of my Nani’s house . Simple but full of love and care .
The food is incidental , love is permanent.
Speaking and interacting with the team shows that life is not about big things . Glad went here .
All the best to the team . Loved the idea of writing a letter .

Nice ambience, cute cafe in old Coorg style house. They bake in-house buns and bread, French toast is a must try. Samanth (I hope i got his name right) is very gentle and welcoming. There is in-house small library, games for people who appreciate coffee, ambience and time.

Dream house for real. Time slows down here. It’s not in a secluded place but the location is just so perfect and you can only see hills and forest from here. The food is great! Loved the apple cinnamon french toast and paneer wrap! Highly recommend the brownie ice cream, it’s all home made!
It’s so simple and homely here. They sell coffee and handmade jewelleries and other artifacts as well.

Wheel Cafe offers a pleasant experience with its good ambience and well-maintained setup, making it a nice place to relax and spend time. The staff is courteous and provides prompt service, which adds to the overall comfort. However, the prices are slightly on the higher side compared to similar cafes. Overall, it’s a good place to visit for the ambience and service, if the pricing is not a concern.

Amazing place, very cozy and well maintained.
The food choices are really nice and the food is freshly made.
We loved the pasta and sandwiches here.
We also did end up buying some ceramic planters too.
The location is away from the main road and there’s plenty of space for parking.
The space in their compound is great to click pictures. The old green jeep is a good one for pictures.
Highly recommend this place. Do hit a like when you read this review.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Wheel Cafe, and it was truly a delightful experience. The serene monsoon ambiance surrounding the cafe added so much charm–calm, quiet, and absolutely soothing. We were especially touched by the welcoming attitude of the staff.
Since it’s mid July and deep into the monsoon, the cafe was nearly empty during our visit (11:30am, weekdays), which enhanced the peaceful vibe even more. As for the food, we tried the French fries, black coffee, coconut pudding, English breakfast, veg sandwiches, white sauce pasta, and pesto pasta. Everything was delicious, though the pesto pasta felt a bit average compared to the rest. And yes, they served really quick.
We genuinely feel that the Wheel Cafe has great potential ahead–the positive spirit of the place really stand out. A few new additions to the menu, like soups or different kinds of starters or desserts, could make the experience even better.
We’ve already been there twice, and we’re looking forward to going back again tomorrow and during our upcoming visits. Wishing the Wheel Cafe continued success and growth..
PS – If you like scribbling, then it’s your place.

**New to the hill town or visiting the cafe for the first time? Skip the road near Rotary Club–Google Maps might lead you astray! Instead, take the next turn (towards the main town) through HillDale resorts (You can see a sign board of the cafe on the main road) .
**Heads up: the cafe is closed on Tuesdays (we learned the hard way ).
