We went out of our way to get to this place, and it was so worth it!

The atmosphere, service, and food were outstanding!

The half sandwich (even their most one) can be combined with soup or salad. A generous helping of what seemed to be homemade Kettle chips comes with it. All of this for $13.

The salad was huge with all kinds of toppings on it and it was delicious!

My sandwich was the most expensive one and it was fantastic!

Their prices are so low, it is understandable. They charge a 4% convenience fee on credit/debit card transactions. I paid cash and with all the coins as change, I almost regret paying in currency. It would have only been $0.50 more with my bill to pay with the card.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat! It was tremendous value for the quality and even the quantity of food.

My husband loves grilled cheese sandwiches so had to try this restaurant. It was fantastic and so very fresh and properly made. He had Not Ya Mama BLT with house salad on the side and I had the Caprese with Mediterranean pasta salad. It was so delicious. The staff were professional and just the right amount of attentiveness. The place was cozy and the bathrooms clean and fully supplied. We shall be making this one of our go-to restaurants.

Absolutely loved our visit here! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the staff is warm and attentive, and the food is phenomenal. My sandwich—cheddar, turkey, bacon, tomato, guacamole, and cilantro-lime aioli on golden sourdough—was perfection in every bite. A must-visit spot!

The food was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing and the food came out hot and made correctly. The waitress was absolutely attentive and did great with the order details. The 4 star is due to pricing. We were a party of 3 with a single sandwiches and waters for our drinks. We were taken a back with the $60 bill we received. Other than the cost it was a great experience.

The food is always so good. Came here alone for a late lunch and it was still pretty busy. Got the special – the apple bottom sammy. Such fun fall flavors put together. Had friendly service too.

Great little find! North of downtown in the Arts District it looks like. Specializing in grilled cheeses… they have a couple options from the kitchen or you can build your own. Bread was perfectly grilled and cheeses were hot and melty. Seemed like house made chips and the tomato bisque was absolutely delicious! Would love to come back next time we’re out this way, thank you for the great lunch!!

Stopped in for dinner and cocktails. Unique little spot. Had the special half sandwich and soup. It was excellent. Also ordered an off menu cocktail the bartender recommended (X-43). This was a perfect choice for a spring cocktail. Bourbon based but citrus forward. Ummm.

Update…. Quickly becoming my favorite place for craft cocktails

Absolutely delicious! Has to be the best tomato basil soup in town. Grilled cheese with it was great. The Hangover sandwich was awesome. Had to sit at the bar because it was soo busy but well worth it!

The Wheel Barrel was a fantastic spot for a casual meal! We started with some delicious appetizers and followed up with a juicy, perfectly cooked burger that hit the spot. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The only downside was that the wait time for food was a bit long, but it was worth it in the end.
