This super cute shop is a must try! It has a fun atmosphere with a vibrant whale mural and cute, comfortable sitting area. The process of ordering is engaging and interactive. The exceptional service is what truly sets it apart. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, even making sure to check about my dietary needs and flagging an ingredient with dairy, offering an immediate alternative. They also provided a complimentary sample of their donuts which was a generous, sweet surprise! Five stars for their kindness, helpfulness, and overall positive vibe. This is a must-visit for a fun treat! Bonus Friday evening is by one get one 50% off! Win win!

The store overall is cute and has a relaxing atmosphere.
Proprietor and staff were friendly and courteous.
Orders were received quickly.
They had cream puff, ube and mango Swiss rolls, cronuts, abs American donuts.
The cronuts looks very cute and tempting. Quality was good.
4.5 stars, the reason not 5 stars is because my fam (take home cronuts) said that the flavor was not really the strong to distinguish the chocolate one and the blueberry one.
The American donut raspberry one was great!
The cream puff was also great!
The mango roll was great! Not too sweet but I can taste the mango.
We had milk tea and a smoothie with jelly which was nice.
Didn’t get to try the self service Korean noodles since we already had dinner nearby. But it looked interesting.
Some cute merchandise available that might interest kids.
Toilet was clean and no stink. A good sign for a good place.
Overall, would be coming back here again 🙂

This place is really cool. The store looks amazing, and the menu has a lot to choose from. They had milk teas, fruit teas, bubble teas, oolong, and more. Hot drinks as well. They also had mochi donuts, cookies, and cakes. Everything was delicious.

I found this hidden gem thru Dasher first. I had one of their signature teas, and I was shocked over how good it tasted, how beautiful was the presentation, and how well and pretty was the packaging. After ordering 3 times thru Dasher, I decided to go there and experience it in person. I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean and fun atmosphere, with amazing customer service, and a nice display of their selection. I ordered my favorite, sugar tea with tapioca and foamed milk, with less sugar than normal. I also couldn’t resist a delicious looking pistachio cheesecake and a mochi donut. Everything was so delicious that I came back to get one more pistachio cake. It was so fresh and fluffy, delicate and super delicious without being too sweet. The owner was a really nice lady, and the rest of the staff were very super friendly and sweet. The bakery has plenty of room inside, with comfy chairs and tables. It’s a big room and each table can have all the privacy they desire. I don’t want to have tea or little cakes from anywhere else. I also liked that they have points system so each transaction leads to a freebie.

I’m not gonna lie I used to like boba tea just like it casually but I moved down to southern pines not to long ago and this place opened up and I gotta say it is phenomenal. I have started going here a little bit more and the Boba tea taste different it is a more high-quality taste that is not overly sweet, but still you get a taste at tea Flavor inside and the ladies that work there are very sweet and the mochi donuts are really good Recommend going here 10 out of 10

The Whale Tea was absolutely amazing! The boba was delicious, the donuts were phenomenal, the place was absolutely fabulous. I went with my daughter and her friends and we didn’t want to leave and definitely plan on coming back. Everyone was friendly, kind, happy, and super helpful. The whale tea’s bathroom was spotless, and super chic. We are coming back with friends and family for sure. Great drinks, sweet treats, and the price is affordable.

I was for ctrd here by the attendant at Game Stop. This was a pleasant surprise because they have rose milk tea!!! I have been looking for rose milk tea for a long while and this was great!!
The ambiance was very cute with Christmas decorations, bright colors, and very clean.
They had plushie blind boxes and other retail items you can purchase. Although I didn’t have any, they had mochi doughnuts and ramen noodles.

The donuts are very good, they are light and soft but you can taste the oil.I do not recommend the Creme Brulee Brown Sugar Milk (with boba), it is just ordinary milk with sugar on top and tapioca, but the Mango Pomelo (With Jelly Boba)It’s delicious 10/10
