First time here and it was pretty decent. It was quite loud inside, but that’s to be expected with the learning environment. Service was a tad slow. Everyone was really friendly. I ordered the loaded sweet potato fries with a Bistro side salad. Temperature wise it seeemed like the fries had been sitting out but aside from that the flavor was really good. The salad was also very good. I would come back to try other things from the menu!

Westside Bistro is an amazing little hidden gem. The waitress was very friendly and offered such great suggestions. The food was delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I can’t wait to go back!

The food is top notch, and the staff is very attentive. It’s elevated food at a budget price point. Perfect place for a lunch break, as you can get in and out pretty quickly. We will be back!
I also recommend checking out the multicultural bookstore across the street.

Lately remodeled, different entrance with seating. Shortly to open 710 Coffee Bar with beverages, pastries. Delicious food. Low price, no tipping. Culinary training facility, eager students. My Go-To now

The chicken sandwich and Fries are incredible. We had steak and fries. Wedge salad. Bistro salad. Chocolate cake and Nutella cookie for dessert. Everything was really good. Fun place to try.

We went for the long shot and struck a major hidden gem in the Las Vegas area. Yes its a culinary school but it’s sponsored and maintained by MGM resorts the food quality and the cuts of meat were exceptional and the price OMG all this food, 2 drinks and 2 desserts for around $42 the Salmon alone would be that much at some of these MGM properties

Honestly the food was good but the service is not good while eating our food it took them a while to notice we needed refills and when they finally ask us for them they take it and never come back I don’t know if it was on purpose but like c’mon be better

One of my favorite places to go for lunch (when I’m in the area — I now work in Henderson, so I can’t go as much). Love the concept – students getting experience in both front of house and back of house, I get delicious gourmet food and excellent service, the atmosphere is professional but relaxed, and the place is always clean. All for $15 (with tip-!) I especially loved it when they had buffet as well as menu service (I miss the buffet)

Excellent service, hardly anyone here at this hidden gem! And the items I ordered, the Crispy Spinach Salad, and the Shrimp Pomodoro, well presented and delicious!
