First time to try the food here and we were not disappointed! We had the chicken fry with mashed potatoes, jalapeño gravy and okra. Best chicken fry I’ve had in a long time! We also had the filet mignon with loaded baked potato and Mac n cheese. The steak was cooked perfectly Medium. We will definitely be back to try more menu items!

My Husband had the Chuckwagon, Chicken fried Steak he said was delicious love they serve it on a Cutting Board. The atmosphere is so great, people happy there employees to guest. We sat the bar and the Bartender was so great sorry do t have a name but she was very attentive to your needs.

Bought concert tickets and a dinner table reservation for this concert 3 weeks in advance. Got there and the table they put us at was behind a wall, behind and around a corner from the stage. Absolutely zero visibly to the stage, even as a “VIP” table! (First pic is the view from the table.) Did not go there for the food but made reservations to have a table. The table fee was $100 to keep the table throughout the concert to have somewhere to sit. I was upset that I had to pay $100 for a table that could not even see the stage. Talked to Mike, the manager, and he told me that he would move us to a better table where we could see the stage. We offered to tip the waitress generously for moving tables. He absolutely lied to our face. Made our poor waitress come back to tell us he would not move us, even though tables were still open/unseated. Never saw Mike again. HORRIBLE MANAGER. We told the waitress that we would not pay the table fee since we would have to stand the whole time in order to even see anyway. Which was exactly what we were trying to avoid by planning this weeks in advance. Since we didn’t have a table in a convenient spot I went to the bar to get drinks. Had to fight my way through all of the people mounted up at the bar watching the concert – just to find the manager laughing it up at the back of the bar.
Amazing concert by Josh Weathers, horrible service by the venue. I will pass on any future concerts there!!!! BAD MANAGEMENT!

Really wanted to try the calf fries. They could not come up with cocktail sauce like the rest of the world. Band practice sounded great, but then they left to start back at 10. The place was dead. Tried the calf fries with their “donkey sauce” and a flat draft Coors. I’ll give them a D- We left and went to the Big Texan for calf fries with cocktail sauce like the rest of the world.

Before anybody gets thrown off by the price, I put on here that is because it depends on what you’re spending and normally that is how much was spent per person, what does it necessarily mean b place is expensive. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were surprised by this place that is attached to it. So we decided to grab food, to eat and some drinks, and that’s when we found out they were going to have tejano night Sunday so we came back again. Overall, compared to the prices, you would normally pay in Dallas. The drinks here were very well priced and worth it along with the food that we ordered and definitely would come here again if we were in the area. Not to mention our server Rene made the experience well worth it.

The food was fantastic! The nachos were pretty good for an appetizer, The smokin gun was especially great, it did have a bit of a sizzle when it came to spiciness, Husband said the Tabacco Jack was excellent, son ordered a steak a ordered it med rare instead of med well, lol he said it was good, but the more in the center, the more chewier it became. The service was great and the atmosphere was perfect.

We tried this place out for brunch.. it was excellent! Customer service was 5 star! The bottomless mimosas were delicious! Just keep in mind that every refill is $1. The boys hadn’t tried the calf fries, but they enjoyed them! The chicken Fried steak was soo yummy! My son enjoyed the hangover burger.. he loved the egg on top! We also enjoyed live music.. this place doesn’t disappoint! We’ll definitely come back!

Been here a couple of times now. Food is always fantastic (as to be expected as the owner’s other restaurants are in town are also delicious). 1st visit was great, just two of us; food and service spot on as well all around. 2nd round, the found again was fantastic. Our server was in training working alongside another member of the staff – both friendly. It wasn’t terribly busy, we had a 5 top. I would have given 5 vs 4 stars however, the only reason I’m rating 4 is because of two things. Mainly, our entrees did not come out together so that was a little disappointing . I believe proper timing is important at any restaurant whether fine dining or casual. The second ding was my wife and I ordered two more drinks when our desert came out which we unfortunately, never did receive. The check was delivered in its place. We weren’t charged for those but we still wanted to hang out and visit a little longer. Now, this will not stop me from going back by any means. However, there is some room for improvement. Still, a great place!

We had an incredible dining experience at the Western Horsemen Club in Amarillo! I had the ribeye with bone marrow—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. My son-in-law also had the ribeye and loved it. My son’s sirloin, my wife’s filet, and my daughter’s fettuccine alfredo were all spot-on, and my other daughter raved about the chicken fried chicken. We started with the catfish bites, nachos, and potato skins—every appetizer was well-executed and delicious. The service was top-notch, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the food was outstanding across the board. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great meal in a lively setting!

Had a reservation for 2 people. Was told $75 per person for 3 course meal. We were put at a wobbly table. Appetizer was good. Salad was an absolute joke. Ordered steak with crab legs and chicken with potatoes. When they brought the food we were told no crab crackers were available (so the crab legs were not eaten). Chicken was all bone and tendons (got 3 small bites off of it) and the potatoes were completely flavorless. Asked for the check and saw a “large party surcharge” of 20% (so $30) added on to the bill. Our server was very sweet and felt awful she couldn’t help. Complete waste of a good night was spent here.
