Ill start off by saying 1st impression with food was horrible ! We was hoping this would be a new go too,but extremely disappointed. So we ordered two burgers and two sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries was over cooked ,very dry and very little flavor. Now the burger was bland and dry . I ordered a burger with avocado and the avocado wasnt even edible. 1stly if im paying 39$ for food and I payed extra to have this particular burger [custom] I requested raw onions ,pepper jack cheese and avocado and his burger was a tex Mex burger with avocado pico de gallo pepper jack and tortilla chips and some how my burger was more expensive. I couldnt believe when I took my 1st bite I bit into something hard almost crunchy and I was confused I looked at the burger and to my surprise I bit into a unripe avocado . I mean how dumb can you be , no excuse me not dumb just careless. He knew it wasnt ready and still added it to my burger and charged me extra . If it wasnt ready I would of preferred to have been told and I would of said thats fine and got charged properly. The atmosphere was nice ,we loved that it was very spacious ,lots of tvs ,very chill. The bartender was accommodating, but we waited the better part of 30 minutes for sub par food, wasnt reasonable at all specially for the price . I could of went to smash burger payed cheaper and actually enjoyed my meal . I couldnt even finish the burger not because I didnt have room but because it was terrible a huge disappointment. Oh and cant forget saved the best for last WE FOUND A HAIR IN THE BURGER!!! Disgusting

Adding an update that they have live music every Friday at 8. Also all their desserts they make themselves. Which is a nice surprise, you wouldn’t think a bar would make their on desserts. Everything is so good especially the sugar cream pie, which I never had one before trying it here. Not too sweet, crust is flakey and buttery and the filling is so smooth and nice.

I always see this place packed, lucky we did end up going early on a Sunday afternoon and there was less people. We sat right in the window and it was very pleasant. One bar tender serviced the whole place. We waited for about 15 min until we saw a her when we arrived but all in all it was just such a chill environment I was okay with it. And she was very nice.
I’m amazed at the prices here for the portions. $8 for a chicken cutlet sandwich. It was huge, the chicken was bursting out of the soft bread. The lettuce on top was not iceberg- it was Romain which was awesome. It was like eating a salad on top of a sandwich which is what I wanted. And they added pickles on the side. It was such quality and fresh ingredients. The chicken was hand breaded and fried. And My friend loved her wings. I think there were 6 or 7 wings also around $8. The wings were pretty big and she couldn’t finish them. Also ordered a side of fries for $4 and it was huge, enough for 2 people to share. The fries where crunchy and soft on the inside. They stayed crunchy even as we talked for an hour. The food came out piping hot right after being cooked, it was great.
Bathroom was nice and clean.
I will definitely come back.

I came back again and it was great! My husband got the same burger he got once before and he said it was very good. He likes burgers done super well done and it was. I think though because the burger was cooked for so long my chicken was a little over done as well. I really like the back chicken ranch sandwich though. It’s not drowning in dressing and there is a big huge piece of chicken on there and fresh lettuce, tomato and onion. Bacon was very good. Onion rings were cooked perfectly. On a Sunday night they were playing the football games and the crowd was definitely there to watch.

I am writing about what occurred following our recent visit. Being followed down the road and confronted about not leaving a tip, along with being told not to return when you are working, was upsetting and unexpected.
I want to be clear that tipping decisions are personal. While I understand that you work for tips and that this can be stressful, a guest’s financial choices are not their responsibility to justify. My husband and I chose to dine at The Well because it has become our home away from home while we are in town, and we take pride in treating both the establishment and its staff with respect.
Over the past two years, we have consistently tipped well, from Ryan, whom we met early on around 2 years ago, to Madison, who was brand new hire as of last week. On this particular visit, however, we felt like an inconvenience to you rather than welcomed guests. We also noticed discrepancies on the bill, including two identical drinks charged at different prices, and charges for standard burger condiments such as mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup, which we did not request as extras. These factors influenced our decision that evening.
I do empathize with the challenges of working in a tip-based position, and my intention is not to diminish that. However, confronting customers in this manner is not appropriate and places everyone in an uncomfortable position.
We value The Well and the people who work there, which is why I felt it was important to address this directly to you. I hope this can be taken in the spirit intended and that future interactions are more positive.

The Well and Grill has become our go-to because you can always count on a generous, meal-sized salad filled with fresh, wholesome ingredients. The salad alone is satisfying, but adding the grilled chicken truly takes it to the next level. Consistently delicious, healthy, and dependable—The Well and Grill never disappoints.

My family and I were looking for a spot for hamburgers and football. The Well & Grill delivered both, and more. It’s probably my new regular spot for football and bar food. Our server, Amanda, despite being very busy, was still able to be attentive and make sure we had everything we needed. We had no issues with our orders and it was a great first experience.

I so badly want to give The Well a higher rating as it truly is a good spot to go. However this is consistently an issue that holds it back – They do not have enough staff working. As I sit here now the bar tender is working both the bar and all tables. There are 6 tables full and the bar with people standing. This is a consistent issue here and is why sometimes I don’t come in to enjoy the good food and drinks. The Well desperately needs to have more staff or something then I would probably rate is as a solid 4.5-5 star.

I am writing to formally complain about a disturbing incident involving your bartender. While visiting with a friend, I was refused service and told to leave. I was completely sober and had not even spoken yet when the bartender aggressively claimed I ‘looked like I wanted to punch him.’ As a person of color, it was evident that I was being profiled and targeted. This behavior is discriminatory and I expect to hear how you plan to address this employee’s conduct.

Popped in for a couple of drinks and some food on a Tuesday night. The bar seemed pretty tame, not loud, 80s music playing in the venue. The food is good, if you’re looking for something that’ll satisfy you, the portions are good and fairly priced as well. I was served by Cindy when I first visited and then later served by Danielle. They both had solo shifts and was able to serve the entire bar. I will have to come back during football season or on a weekend to see how the bar really gets down but if you’re going for a casual night out or a pre-game bar this is it.

Great place to just chill and hangout! Food and service was great, but the wait was long. We waited for 10 mins to have a server come to us with a menu; waited another 30 mins for the food to come.
