Welcome to The Wedge! Oklahoma’s first original wood fired pizza EST 2005. Here at the Wedge; we use only premium ingredients, with fresh dough made from scratch daily. Our traditional Neapolitan pizza, also known as Naples-style pizza, is a style of pizza made with tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Our dough has a thin crust at the base that Puffs up around the sides which provides for a very airy and flavorful crust. Because the crust is so light; it cooks quickly in our wood fired ovens that run between 600 – 700 degrees! Please enjoy a slice of Italy here in Oklahoma! Cheers! The Wedge, an Oklahoma original.

Casual outfit serving inventive, made-from-scratch pies & salads, plus beer & wine.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat before a show at the Criterion and had a great time. Quick, friendly service and solid food choices. We sat outdoors, which was a great choice – cool evening and the staff circulated consistently, which can sometimes be a problem when eating on a patio. Would I have liked a crisper curst? Sure, but my wife liked it the way it was. I’ll definitely eat here again when I return.

This place is NOT wood fired. They have a GAS oven with gas logs that make it appear to be wood fired. It is a scam. This causes the pizza to be undercooked. The burritos are pretty good though. Service is great. I saw them remake 2 pizzas and a calzone because they were undercooked. Price isn’t bad. Under $20 for pizza and beer.

Omg! If we could give them 100 stars, we would! It was our first time there and it was fantastic! The best part was that we could have our dogs with us, as well! We were with our friend and his dog sitting out on the patio! The food, the service, the entire staff was fantastic and affordable! Best pizza we’ve had here in Oklahoma! We are most definitely going back soon! Very, very impressed!

Returning to eat at the Wedge after 8+ years, pleasantly surprised to see that their food still tastes as good as i remember it! You can tell they use quality ingredients, the food was delicious all around. Their homemade ranch was good too! If you use their lunch specials you can eat a full meal for a decent price.

I came here at the last hour before closing, so getting a parking spot along the street and a table was easy. I was craving for a wood fired pizza, and this restaurant did more than satisfy my appetite. I had the Boom! Brisket pizza and the pound wings (9 pcs) – garlic parmesean and honey buffalo. Food was fantastic. Also, service was fast and great.

Moved here from Chicago seven years ago and every pizza place has been a complete disappointment. Until we found The Wedge. It’s the closest thing to Chicago pizza that you can get. From the crust to the sauce. It’s the best pizza in town. They have a patio that you can bring your dog to. I get mine a bowl of meatballs when we go. He loves them. The staff is so friendly. We will be there every weekend with our pups.

Very very nice staff!

They were out of a couple of things (we came in at night after a really busy day).

Pepperoni rolls were my favorite.

The smallest size pizza is good for one person, the crust was delicious.

Eveything came out super fast
