I recently visited The Watershed and felt compelled to share just how stellar my experience was incredible. From the warm ambiance to the fresh, artfully composed plates, it’s clear this restaurant takes care in every detail. But let me tell you, the karaage appetizer absolutely stole the show. Each piece was perfectly crisp on the outside, tender and juicy inside, with a light seasoning that hit just the right balance of savory and subtly spicy. It arrived piping hot, and I found myself savoring every bite before my main dish even had a chance to arrive.
By the time the entrées came out, I was already smitten. The mains were equally thoughtful and delicious, showcasing seasonal ingredients that felt elevated yet approachable. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive without being overbearing, and truly seemed to take pride in making the meal special. I’d give this place a full five stars and if you go, don’t skip the karaage.

Had a great experience getting brunch here Sunday morning. Well rounded menu with exceptional service. Started out with some coffee, which was quality, always a strong indicator. Had the breakfast pizza which was good, however, the smoked Hummus was a real game changer in my book. First time there, was impressed.

Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere. We dined on the heated patio on one of the coldest nights of the year, and left smiling and satiated. Highly recommend ANYTHING on the small plates menu and the Mexican hot chocolate brownie for dessert. (Sarah was amazing server!!)

We ordered the Mushroom pizza, walnut crusted salmon with coconut rice and broccoli, pumpkin spice espresso martini, and apple crumble with ice cream. The pizza was a SOLID 10/10! Absolute best we’ve ever had. The cheese was creamy but gooey, the mushrooms were cooked or marinated in something that made them amazing, and the crust was not too thick, not too thin. There is not a thing you could do to make that pizza any better. The salmon was equally as good. It was cooked perfectly and the walnuts added a nice crunch. The coconut rice was new for us but it was the perfect combination for the salmon and broccoli. The cocktail was good but not the best I’ve had. May have been personal preference, but it seemed a little watery to me. The dessert was just ok. There wasn’t much crumble on ours. I gave it a 4 for atmosphere because it was a little chilly by the window downstairs. Overall we would absolutely recommend The Watershed but we would skip their dessert next time.

What a great find the Watershed is! The food was truly homemade from scratch style, the ambience warm and cozy ( 11 degrees outside ) and the service was sincere and professional.

Tried this place for the first time last Saturday night. The staff was all very helpful and nice. Food was great. The heater was on a little high so we all 4 got rather warm and were quite happy to step out into the cold. We would all go again.

We enjoyed happy hour at this wonderful spot. The drinks are handcrafted and thoughtfully crafted with unique flavors and high attention to detail. The karaage appetizer was out of this world with flavor and texture and highly recommend if it is available. Jesse was an outstanding bartender who took great care of us. Go for happy hour and stay for dinner – the food and atmosphere were fantastic.

Probably one of my new favorite restaurants. Went recently for a friends birthday and had the best time. I couldn’t remember our server’s name but he absolutely sold the whole experience. From the cozy unique atmosphere to the food it was perfect. This place almost reminds me of the Hershey mill but more affordable. And I love how all the food and drinks are locally sourced. We will definitely be back for sure!
