We went for our anniversary dinner. The spot was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. Because it was a Wednesday in January, we truly were the only ones in the restaurant (for a 7:30pm reservation). But I didn’t mind. The staff was super attentive to us and were able to make recommendations based on our questions. We started with the Jalea Mixta, which was lightly fried calamari, white fish, and shrimp. The seasoning on the batter was so delicious you almost didn’t even need the sauce it came with! For our mains, I ordered the whole snapper and the hubby ordered the oxtails, based on the waiter’s recommendation. My hubby couldn’t stop sucking on the bones. He said it was so delicious. My fish was perfect. Again, so well seasoned and the fresh greens on top were the perfect pop of zestiness and crunch. Given that this location is right on the water, and that the staff said it was definitely busier during the spring and summer months, we will be coming back when the weather gets warm. I can imagine that sitting on their outside deck and enjoying this delicious food is a total vibe!

My date and I chose to sit outside to enjoy the view and relaxed vibe. The decor was beautiful, and the ambiance was chill and inviting. The servers were kind and friendly, which made us feel welcome.
Unfortunately, the service was a bit disorganized. It took a while for our server to greet us, and two other servers came by to take our order after it had already been placed. The menu itself was also unclear — not well-sectioned — and I had to ask where to find the appetizers.
The meals were nicely described on the menu and looked good when they arrived, but they didn’t deliver on flavor. The food was quite bland, and my boyfriend’s chicken was undercooked. The mojito tasted more like lemon water than a proper cocktail.
What stood out and helped redeem the experience was the way the manager handled our concerns. She comped the chicken dish and offered us a complimentary dessert, which was absolutely delicious — honestly, the highlight of the meal.
One unexpected downside was the noise from nearby boaters at the marina, which disrupted the otherwise serene setting.
Overall, the location and staff were lovely, but the food and drinks were disappointing and felt overpriced for the quality. With some improvements to the menu, food prep, and service coordination, it could be a great spot.

We had an absolutely wonderful time dining at The Waters Grill. The food was incredibly delicious with a variety of flavors. We enjoyed macncheese, shrimp, branzino, coleslaw, rice and peas, fries and salad – everything was prepared to perfection. During the meal our daughter said “I love this!” and she is very selective! The drinks were tasty and strong. We will be back!

Pricey but fairly average. The drinks were decent but the food was somewhat underwhelming. My appetizer wings were supposed to be tamarind coated but basically they were just plain fried wings that were barely hot and hardly any tamarind sauce was on it. It took forever to get my fried rice which was my main dish but it was just warm, dry and overly too firm. A few menu items were missing from an already limited menu which brought down the overall experience even more. On a positive note the staff is friendly and courteous and the restaurant is in a nice location with a great atmosphere.

I really enjoyed the food and ambiance during my meal. The whole menu looked delicious but I ended up being blown away by their chicken chaufa. Afterwards, my wife and I took a seat at the bar and enjoyed some amazing drinks. 10/10 would recommend

Staying with my family in new Rochelle for the weekend I asked can I get some food drinks like some island drinks. They recommended me this place. Soon as I walked in I felt welcome the owner Rudy was very pleasant he recommend me what drinks to try. It was soooo good the food and drinks was very delicious. Everyone who works here is so friendly and hospitable. I had the fish tacos and the *special* martini. Love the view and the vibe. Also discovered that it’s in Circuit area, so if you download that app you can get a ride for free back to the downtown area of New Rochelle!
