My family and I visited this little cafe cause Victoria is the mid-point for our homes. We were honoring my father’s heavenly birthday and my nephews birthday. Aside from the delicious food (I ordered the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and fried okra with sweet tea), the service is unmeasurable. Kelsey, a beautiful soul, was friendly and went beyond what I have experienced at any restaurant. They even surprised my nephew with a full birthday song and tTexas shaped waffle with a scoop of ice cream on top! The window murals outside catch your eye and the artist was super friendly and talented. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone looking for the best of Texas!

Stopped by here after house shopping with my daughter and a friend. They have a great atmosphere. We sat outside but the service was still excellent. We for sure were not forgotten and the owner even took time out to spend with us. She really sold Victoria living to my daughter. She told us about all of the local shops and provided us with contact information for a real estate agent for our other friend. She was so sweet. The food was great and thdy provided water for our dog. Enjoy some grrat food here and then explore. So close to some cool historic places including the oldest church in Victoria, 1800s era.

We drove 2 hours to eat at a restaurant in Goliad and to our shocked surprise they were closed down and didn’t post that on Google. We searched around the area and not much in Goliad so I found this place on Google maps and we drove 30 minutes to eat here. We were very impressed with the amount of food and how delicious it was. We loved the atmosphere and the people were awesome and nice. We will definitely drive 2 hours to eat there again.

Wanted to give this place a try based on reviews but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations. The place is cute, feels comfy and there is plenty of seating. They sat us down quickly and got our orders out but the food I ordered which was French toast came out super dry, I called my waiter and told her what happened and asked if she could remove them from my bill which she did and I only ended up eating eggs, sausage and a hash brown. My husband’s and nephews’ plates were okay. I checked out and that person did apologize.

Our meals were great. Spouse had a crispy chicken salad & the only deficit was the lettuce; which was chopped almost shredded. Chicken was generous and very good. I had the BBQ Bacon Burger which was very good. Staff was helpful and engaged. They were busy but our wait time for food wasn’t out of line.

Ordered a double patty melt with onion rings.
Food is freshly made, from scratch, burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned.
I expected I’d want ketchup for the rings, but didn’t use any at all.

Atmosphere was priceless. They are welcoming, the decor is full of love, and my favorite surprise was the handwritten messages on the bathroom mirror. These were positive messages to women from women and they were beautiful.
