The food was horrible. I would much expect better from the Omni. Where do I start? Poorly prepared, small portions, overpriced, not fresh. The menu online, which was accessible from the QR code on our wrist bands, was way more appetizing than the actual menu. McDonald’s would have been a much better option. 1 star.
We were told that wait service would be available to serve us by the pool. We were never approached by a server and had to make all requests at the bar. There were only 8-12 other customers at the pool. +1 star for filling our water bottles at the bar (because the water filling station was out of order).
Absolutely no shade from the hot sun in the middle of the day. We asked If there were umbrellas available and the bartender laughed.

Staying at the Omni, we wanted to enjoy the pool. Super small pool, day passes wouldn’t be worth it. There were a few Bachelorette parties taking up the majority of the pool, blocking the stairs. It was nice that there was a bench along the edge on one side. Definitely a hang out pool versus swimming. Spencer was the HIGHLIGHT of the trip down. He made a mean sangria. The other girl serving did not. Ask for him

Pool is much smaller than it looks in photos! We paid for day passes and couldn’t get anywhere near it. We bought overpriced drinks and left. Pool itself was completely full of people and all chairs were occupied.

Nice roof top spot, but can get crowded quickly. Mocktails were yummy and the staff is attentive and nice. Great sunrise and great sunset with the skyline.
