Seems like a great addition to downtown Asheville and in a prime location! The menu is limited but some solid options on there. We went on a Sunday go brunch and it was not busy which was great for us, but surprised it was so empty. The food was great – I wish the hash browns were a bit more cooked with some crisp and my mom’s chicken piece was much larger than mine, but the flavor and presentation were great! Would recommend if you need a quick spot downtown or if you are staying in the lovely hotel it’s inside

Very big fan of this place! They were able to accommodate my family if 8 for Christmas Eve lunch. The food is great and everyone is so friendly. We will be back!

Gotta try the broccoli cheddar soup!

I must say this was a great experience we had at this street level restaurant inside the Restoration Hotel. The menu was great. Lots of choices. My wife got the Philly. It came as a sandwich but the steak and cheese was great. I got the Watch Smashburger which was one of the best burgers in town. It compares to the smash at Forrestry Camp. Perfectly done with tons of flavor. The truffle fries were great as well as the crispy brussels. It was not very full at the time of our dinner but I prefer that. Service was great and fast. We will be back for sure.

We were a group of 12 people who came in around 1:30, and they kindly accommodated us with a large table. While the food didn’t arrive at the same time for everyone—which was a bit disappointing—the food itself was absolutely delicious. Without us even saying anything, they apologized when bringing the check for the delay in the kitchen and generously removed half of our order. Truly appreciated the gesture and their professionalism!

I’m not even sure where to start. They were understaffed, but we were not made aware until after we had ordered. Another waitress was telling her tables as they were seated, so they could make an informed choice. We were not given that opportunity. Ultimately, we ordered three items to share: crispy brussel sprouts, burrata, and cheeseburger sliders. It took 45 minutes to get and it was clear that some items had sat even though we explicitly said we would take items as they were ready. The brussel sprouts were good. The burrata was OK, but mostly lacking in flavor. The cheeseburger sliders were awful, they never should have left the kitchen. I would have been disappointed in them at McDonald’s. They should be removed from the menu if these were representative of their normal service. Flavorless, dry patties, gross. All of the tables around us were offered free items as compensation as well, we were made no such offer. It wasn’t necessary but it didn’t make a good impression.

For such a lovely place, this was the worst meal I’ve had in Asheville. I just don’t get it. For starters, we ordered the Brussels sprouts; those were actually okay. I had the grilled chicken salad, didn’t really eat it. The kale was chunky and hard to chew, the small chicken cubes didn’t really taste like chicken. 2 other people in our party ordered the meat lover flat bread. It had cheddar cheese on it? Hardly any meat, it was horrible. The smash burger was also sub par. The real kicker was dessert! It was the final straw for me. We ordered red velvet cake, I sent it back. It was dry, freezer burnt and had no moisture or flavor at all. Even one of the waiters said it was their worst dessert.
I honesty don’t understand how the food could be that bad! We did get to go boxes because no one at their food, but left them on the table because there was no point thinking we’d eat that later.
I think the most disappointing thing would be that it was clear no one at our table ate their meal. This is a great time for management to address the customers and make it right. The place was empty on a Friday night, speaks volumes. Why not make a change? I would never eat here again.

The atmosphere here is very pretty, open, and inviting. It has a luxurious, upscale feel. The food is a different story. The Brussel sprouts are drenched in oil and a thick white cream sauce, which was frustrating for someone who tries to make health conscious decisions while out to dinner. The flatbread was not any better. One of the flatbreads has an odd name and the description had some things we were unfamiliar with so we inquired what some of the ingredients were. We were told it was basically like a typical flatbread and those were just the names of some of the spices and cheeses. When the server brought it to our table she said “I didn’t remember it looking like this” before we even saw it or said anything. Sure enough it was covered in TONS of oil and cheese and pesto. It didn’t even have pizza sauce on it. We got one cocktail that tasted like syrup and we couldn’t take more than a couple sips because it was just disgusting. We won’t be coming back to this restaurant. Overall, the restaurant itself is beautiful and in a prime spot downtown. The waitress was very nice but not helpful when it came to choosing entrees. And if you’re hungry, you’re better off making a pb&j at home than coming here.

Burger was good, frys were a bit on the weak side and most definitely use a different style.

I would not recommend this restaurant. We were seated fairly quickly for brunch at 10:50am, and the server, Devin, did not come to the table until 11:05. We ordered chicken and waffles and huevos rancheros which took nearly 40 minutes to be served, and we were one of 5 tables in the entire restaurant. When the kitchen alerted staff that the food was ready, Devin yelled “I’M COMING” in an annoyed tone and volume the entire restaurant could hear. The delays and lack of service quality was disappointing for the atmosphere they portray. The chicken and waffles was barely warm, the huevos rancheros was bland and hashbrowns didn’t even appear to be fully cooked.
