We order to share , eggs Benedict with home fries, very good and the Hollandaise much better,
pancakes , nice, fluffy and tasty and the avocado burger with home fries, very tasty and the home fries really crispy.
The service was excellent, ours waitress was very nice, helpful and smiling all the time.
Atmosphere I think need some renovation and better decor.
You can seat inside or outside.
For sure I will back if I’m in the area.

I ordered the Blackened Ahi Eggs Benedict. Wonderful hollandaise sauce, thick in texture and flavorful. The tuna was generously seasoned with only a little bit of heat. It was a perfect brunch meal. Inside the restaurant is spacious but is popular so a little loud inside but they do offer outdoor seating if that is an issue for your party. Definitely check out this cafe.

Over priced under delivered. Portions were not 20$ plate sizes. Black olives on a heuvos rancheros feels distinctly American. Belgium waffles with caramelized bananas and walnuts had so little toppings and what was there was mushy and not grilled in the slightest. Toast for the omlette came completely dry. A large oj is miniscule.

For downtown santa cruz prices this is not the move. Possible if you HAVE to eat somewhere but there are better choices

Good quality, basic menu. Really friendly staff.

The scrambled eggs were delicious. The lines were long but the wait was reasonable.

Visited for the first time on a Monday morning and the place was packed – which was a great sign right off the bat! The food was delicious and the portions were huge! The coffee and OJ are also worth mentioning as both were quite good. The waitstaff were also very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an awesome breakfast experience 🙂

We found this quaint place to eat breakfast in Santa Cruz. They were also serving lunch. The menu was a very good variety of choices with breakfast items what we had to eat. Mine was regular over easy eggs with homestyle potatoes, I believe with onions , and a nicely cross English muffin with real butter . My daughter got the chorizo scramble and my grandson had a delicious looking sandwich It must have been good because when I looked up to see what kind it was, he had finished it! Nice place to eat and highly recommend.

I liked the diner vibe and they had all the staples. Something in my omelette with feta, olives, and peppers was sweet which was a bit weird but still good.

Everything was delicious
We were a group of 7 and they were able to seat us. They also have outdoor seating for people with pets.

We walked in on a Saturday 11:20am, and would need to wait around 25min for a table of three adults. Once we are seated, another 10min for waitress to serve, and another 20min for dishes to serve, this is due to the busy hour around noon time, that is acceptable. But I would still recommend if the restaurant owner could consider improve the dish wait time? Because when our plates are served, all of them were not freshly hot, just a little warm…

As of the dish flavor, my mom liked the signature shrimp benedict. She enjoyed its flavor and its homefries.

This place sets the bar for a breakfast and lunch restaurant. The food is excellent. The service is friendly and efficient, and the vibe is comfortable. We hadn’t been back for some time and everything about the place was great. The staff is busy and the joint is busy for good reason. I had the chorizo with eggs and my wife had bacon and eggs. My bride was thrilled and mine was one of best I’ve ever had.
Thank you❤️
