Whenever I go out to eat I am always excited to sit down, have a good time, and try something new. On a Saturday afternoon at about 5 in the afternoon, me and my family stopped in for an early dinner. They were quite busy, so I expected a wait of some sort after our orders were taken. About twenty minutes after my order, the waitress came out and said they ran out of the Ruben sandwich I ordered, which was fine because I was also considering getting the Hakuna Matata sandwich. About twenty more minutes pass, no food has arrived, the waitress comes back out and tells two members of my party they have ran out of loaded backed potatoes, of which one had already changed his order to that from the Ruben… Twenty to thirty more minutes pass and my sandwich arrived, upon inspection my sandwich and fries had no warmth remaining from being cooked, the melted cheese on top had already coagulated, and the sauce had already made my bun soggy. This naturally makes the food portion of this rating low because though on the menu it sounded and was priced like an artisan Nashville hot chicken sandwich of some sort, it was served as a cold chicken patty that I feel I could get almost anywhere. If warm and fresh I may think differently, but sadly I can not speak on that. Our waitress and the other servers were generally nice and endlessly apologetic for the inconveniences as they were obviously having trouble juggling the in house guests and to go orders. I have heard a lot of good things about this restaurant around the community, but frankly after this experience I do not plan on returning anytime soon if at all. If I did come again, it may be to enjoy the nightly showing of Wheel of Fortune rather than actually dining.

It’s nice to know that there are neat restaurants to come to when I visit home. The vibe here was great, and I love how the menu items are named after singers and songs. The murals on the walls were beautiful and fun, and the staff was incredibly patient and friendly! I ordered the free bird, and it was very good! The sidewinder fries were really unique and delicious. The milkshakes are also worth it!

It was ok. Wasn’t busy so we were seated quickly. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I give 3 stars because my son ordered a chicken Alfredo type dish. His toast was burnt on arrival so waitress removed without us even asking and got him new. He refused to eat so I thought he was just being picky. No the chicken and sauce had a burnt taste as well. I tried it. Me and a friend had Philly cheese steak they were good. My husband the egg burger. He really liked it. Neat murals on walls. Clean place, but the pasta dish was bad. We didn’t eat it. Kiddo ate my fries instead.

I love Wednesday. It is buy 1 baked potato and get one free. Thursday is singing and Saturday is live band. The service was really nice to us and they treat like a family. And any time before 2pm you have called to save your table but after 2pm-5pm is good. Everyone needs to try it. It is soooooo amazing.

I never write reviews I usually go about my business but I just had to do it since they tried gaslighting me or maybe our server was just lazy. We got an appetizer and they were out of marinara so we tried ranch and it was pretty good with that but when my baked potato came and I asked for ranch they gave me some brown stuff that definitely wasn’t ranch. I informed him and he said it was a different brand. WRONG it was expired or wasn’t the right dressing, I’m not sure what it was exactly..Regardless he just shrugged it off and sat at a table and got on his phone.

We were given congealed mayo and they called it ranch. We asked for bleu cheese and were given some kind of brown sauce. We asked why it was like this and were told “sorry that’s what we have. It’s a different brand”. Never in my life bave a seen ranch that looks like the gross mayo left on the lid. We called to ask for a manager and Brandy did not care anymore than the server did.
Response to the business comment below: I posted this review on behalf of my husband who called. When we said something inside the restaurant we were told that’s all they had. No one cared when we were there. And on the phone, they were very dismissive and said “we appreciate you”. You served bad product and took no accountability until someone posted a bad review.
