Led by Chef Chucho Rojas (Michelin-trained; protégé of Pierre Gagnaire), The Wagyu House by Meat N’ Bone is a butcher-driven steakhouse in Atlantic Village, Hallandale. We source elite beef—USDA Prime, American and Japanese Wagyu—and serve steaks sizzling with our signature wasabi finish. Start with A5 Wagyu nigiri torched tableside, charred wagyu tartare, or beef-butter bone marrow; share a whole picanha or explore Japanese A5 tastings. Settle in at our marble full bar for classic cocktails, a great whisky on the rocks, craft beer, and a focused wine list, then move to the garden-view dining room or tropical patio. Special features include an in-house Meat N’ Bone butcher counter and chef-guided tastings. Near Gulfstream Park and Aventura

We had a truly memorable dinner tonight at The Wagyu House by Meat N’ Bone.
The quality of the meat, the cooking precision, and the ambiance were already impressive — but what really made the night special were the details.
Manager JP Abbas and our server Jodi were incredibly attentive and genuine. The service felt perfectly balanced — attentive without being overwhelming — and we felt genuinely welcomed rather than just served.
The post-dinner Japanese bourbon (rice-based) they offered was a beautiful surprise and a very elegant touch.
This is more than just a good steakhouse — it’s a well-crafted dining experience from start to finish.
Definitely added to our return list.
Great job to the entire team!

Having seen the add on IG, my expectations were high and that’s where problem starts. Never assume that because they have $600 Wagyu steak on the menu doeasnt mean that your $72 staek will compare. Needless to say I will not be back to try the actual Wagyu, the “Colorado” Ribeye was probably sourced from Sysco.
We recieved A1 service and being thursday and brand new, we had the whole place to ourselfs. My friend n I both liked their post and immediately made a reservation.
She ordered 2 cocktails. We had Carpaccio for app and 2 steaks for dinner. Hers was the pican̈ha.
We were gifted an additional app by the mgr which made us feel like true VIPs
I ordered an expresso and we left in 90 mins. I hyped myself thinking id feel good about this meal however it left much to desired.
Be prepared to spend $250-$300 p/p for actual Wagyu or more incl apps n drinks..
Ill stick to Argentinian beef… you can keep your ‘Wagyu”

What an amazing place, from the friendly hostess greeting you at the entrance, to the excellent service by the waiters and then topped off by JP who comes to check on your table and may even offer an appetizer or drink on the house. Love the decor and atmosphere! But we especially love the quality of the food. Have been back several times and so far everything we have tasted has been excellent. Last time, we tried the beef tartare and i was so pleasantly surprised that it rivals the “steak tartare” you find in Europe. Another big plus, they bring out the meat on a small grill that allows everyone to ensure their cut is cooked exactly to taste. I will keep coming back!

What an amazing experience we had here! Adriana at the Hostess station greeted us warmly, seated us and introduced us to the General Manager, JP Abbas. JP guided us through the menu beautifully explaining what we’re going to enjoy. We started with the Wagyu A5 Nigiri which is presented and then lightly cooked by hand torch. I must say, every single bite of each style were melt in your mouth delicious. Next we went onto hot pan seared slices which we did ourselves. I asked to try the crabcakes and they we lovely, full of lump crab and just lightly seared with a very fresh flavor. We drank a tempernillo at JP’S suggestion and it was an absolutely perfect pairing. We finished with the A5 Ribeye and it was absolute perfection! Allen kept our table refreshed and reset through every coarse and was another great addition to the team.

Wagyu House in Hallandale Beach. We hosted our office holiday party here. We worked with JP the GM. He fulfilled his promises. We wanted our staff to experience fine dining and quality dishes. Chef Chucho came out and introduced himself to the party guests. Our waters were always full, staff asked if the guests wanted another drink, the table was always restocked and cleared.
Now for the food:
Heirloom Burrata & Arugula Salad
A5 Nigiri flame torched (I could have just ate this all night)

(Crispy fried ny strip over guacamole, served with house chips)
Tequenos (cheesy bread)
Caveman Yucca (in a poblano sauce)
Baby Back Ribs
(Cooked slow and low and finished in the grill. Minnesota american pork)
Black Truffle Parmesan Fries
Wagyu Picanha Crostini
(Colorado wagyu picanha, served on artisanal bread with chimichurri and avocado.)
Macaroni and cheese with bacon.
Churros with Nutella or chocolate

My husband invited me to try Wagyu for the first time. This was our 6th year first date anniversary. We didn’t know much about Wagyu, but since it is a special occasion and the whole idea was to see what it was about I ordered the Ribeye from Miyazaki. We also had the bone marrow appetizer which just thinking about it makes me salivate. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and we also ordered the caveman Yuca and my husband got the Branzino. The yuca had a vinaigrette flavor but after asking the young man turns out the sauce is made from Avocados and some Venezuelan ingredients. The recipe is Venezuelan. AMAZING!!! We will return, my husband is a fish fanatic and stated his Branzino was exquisite. The Japanese Wagyu ranges $150-$230 but there’s good US of A Wagyu that will run you $40-$60. I believe they’re all 10oz besides the filet-I don’t remember. Either way this was the way to try Wagyu. The attention to detail the service provides is well worth the price. That’s what you receive in a five star establishment. Great time thank you. The manager also stopped at our table to make sure we had everything taken care of. Very professional. ****heads up they include 18% gratuity for every guest. We were 2 and the tip was added. Which the server lost out on a full 20% because of it.

Went yesterday night for dinner with a group of friends and had an amazing experience. The service was good, and the food and wine were great. This new restaurant is a must-visit. We had several appetizers and a “parrillada” with picanha and wagyu (of course). They had a smoked appetizer—I can’t remember the name, but it was insanely good. Everything was super clean, and everyone was nice; again, I totally recommend it.

Loved this place! I am a new steak enthusiast, and came here for my anniversary with my partner, and it was fantastic! our server, Alex was great, knowledgeable, and super friendly. The hostess was gracious and kind, and the manager JB was attentive and very friendly. The food was great, Mac and cheese was one of the best I’ve had out. 10/10 and the ambiance outside is lovely! Great food, gorgeous décor, and friendly, attentive staff. Me and my family were super impressed with how well-thought-out and delicious the menu items were. I was also impressed to learn from the staff that there’s an in-house butcher shop offering the same premium quality meats featured on the menu — a fantastic touch that sets this place apart. I’ll definitely be back soon to try out the lunch menu with my colleagues.
