We stopped by here on our way to a little overnight stay to see the Grotto. Everyone loved their food, and the waitress was great. The flat fries were really good, but the Hickory burger was the real standout for me… Delicious. Nice thick beef patty and very well balanced toppings. Plus they branded the bun which looked pretty cool. 2 thumbs up. I would say definitely stop by there if it’s on your way at all.

Pork Belly sandwich and side salad.
I sat down for lunch the other day with my Valentine. Susan(waitress) said the lunch special was gone. She was munching on something, so I had to ask if there was samples somewhere that I was missing. She said some pork belly just came out of the oven. I told Susan I had never had pork belly, so she brought me a sample. I ate the sample and put the menu down. There was no need for the menu as this is what I was having for lunch.
I love off menu food. And that SIDE salad was a meal!
The Wagon Wheel never disappoints.
That was easily 8 oz of meat.

A very nice grill and pub. The food was surprisingly plentiful and tasty. Decent prices and nice atmosphere. Worth a stop if you are in the area. Come hungry as the portions are large.

If anyone goes through the small town of Sioux Rapids, a stop at the Wagon Wheel is a must!! Friendly, all smiles, accommodating staff along with the best food I have tasted at a hometown bar & grill for a long time!! Trust me. You need to stop and try it out. I don’t give 5 stars because nobody is perfect.
