This was our first time going to the Waffle Factory and we did know what to expect. When the waffles came out, we were shocked… absolutely shocked…best waffles ever. The strawberry cheesecake was delicious, the Churo was yummy, the copacabana had so much fudge, and the stawberry cream was to die for.
EDIT: Second time was just as good. This time I got the French Toast as the base and I was just as pleased. Must stop at the Waffle Factory!!

These are true and authentic Belgian waffles. Nice crisp on the outside and thick/dense on the inside. Absolutely delicious. Best I’ve had since being in Europe. The owner and his employees are wonderful. Always pleasant, smiling and serve your food fast.

This restaurant is without question 5 Stars in all areas. We love coming here to enjoy a delicious breakfast. The atmosphere has a unique chill, clean and retro vibe. The staff are delightfully personable and make you feel an instant ease…like you’re eating in your own family’s kitchen. We have continuously found that these delicious Belgian waffles are a melt in your mouth taste explosion. From the plain to any of the specialty waffles… their unique texture and taste are worth coming back for. We also had savory and tasty eggs that the chef/owner cooked in any style we wanted. All washed down with the health packed and refreshing fresh squeezed orange juice that they are well known for. Thank you for giving our community such a unique and delicious place to dine.

This cute vintage-syle cafe was perfect for a breakfast date with my daughter. We agreed that these were the best waffles we’ve ever had. With 52 waffle options and plenty of other items on the menu, I’m sure there is something for everyone. We will go back again and again.

Good restaurant if you want waffles. My food and my partners food was delicious. However my problem was the service. They forgot our drinks 3 times. they also took a lot longer with us than other people for our food. Which i don’t mind I understand having a lot of business but very disappointing.. Paid $39 for very bad service & small portions. I don’t think i’ll be returning. (one of the drinks was also wrong when we asked 3rd time for it)

We ordered in the front and sat at a picnic table in the back. They bring the food to you when it’s ready. The service was beyond friendly and wonderful. Prices are good, portions are generous, and waffles were delicious!! I recently came back from Belgium and I was so happy to enjoy real Belgium waffles again. I highly recommend.

You order and pay at the counter, so I suggest figuring out what you want ahead of time with the menu on their website. After you pay you can sit and they bring the food to your table when it’s done. We each got the platter with #41 and #22 for the waffles. So so so delicious! Will for sure be going back!

The staff was incredible! So friendly and helpful. We called in advance and they reserved us a seat. (Parents with 3 kids) Food was incredible and reasonably priced. Waffles were flakey and flavorful. Restaurant was INCREDIBLY cramped. Getting to the bathroom was difficult and people are constantly trying to sneak by you while trying to eat. Bathroom was not clean and was out of paper towels so we left with wet hands. Even with those couple small negatives this place is 100% worth a visit!

I’ve never had a bad meal here! From artisan waffles to decadent milkshakes, The Waffle Factory is my go-to cure for hunger The workers are always friendly and when it was acceptable to dine in it was always clean & run well. Now they offer pick up & GrubHub! Take the time to read their origin story, it can inspire many of those that wish to start a successful company or business locally. As for me and my family, we will continue to support this place!

Staff were very attentive and customer service forward, small dining area, but the added to eclectic vibe. I think I remember they have over 40 different waffle variations (different toppings) and egg, bacon and the like as well.
