My mother had been to the place for her 25th anniversary on their grand reopening and loved it. We went back again and it was a complete disappointment. We were the only people in there and this was the order of events: the waiter got our drinks wrong and they were flat. We ordered the mac and cheese like my mother had last time and loved with ribs but they tell us 10 minutes later that they do not have ribs. I replace it with the steak. 45 minutes later we get two bowls of this long, too thick cheesy mac and cheese that is covered with parsley. My mother claims that this was not at all the same mac and cheese that was served to her last time. The waiter then continues to say “Here, work on this”. Nobody else gets their food. We waited another 15 minutes and asked the waiter when our food was coming and the waiter (I kid you not) got in my face and laughed at me. At this point I decided I was not going to wait around so we asked to leave, pay for what we ate and not receive the rest. The waiter agreed and we left. My parent have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and they claim this to be the worst dining experience in their life.
