We just bought a place up here for a second home to come to deer hunt and fish and we stumbled across this little gem of a cafe and let me just say that the food was topnotch superb, the waitress was awesome and attentive and the atmosphere was very friendly!! We felt very welcomed! My husband got their amazing delicious Homemade Pure ground beef hamburger & fries, I got the dry Parmesan garlic wings and fried okra and i don’t eat wings just anywhere but these were off the chain delicious! We found our new place that we will patronize! ❤️

Customer service was great! They have a lot of options on their menu on the weekends. If you go on a weekday, there isn’t as much. I got their cheese sticks and Mac n cheese. It did not taste like it was made from scratch but still tasted alright. My husband got the bbq sandwich with Cole slaw and spicy fries. He says the sandwich was really good!

The Ville is the only downtown restaurant in what remains of the once-booming small town of Coffeeville, Mississippi, which now appears abandoned and run-down.
I had not been back to Coffeeville for over 40 years, when an aunt owned the old Coffeeville Hotel on Front Street which tragically was torn down. And my grandfather lived on a large farm nine miles away from the town, and now a road is named after him.
Coffeeville was then a charming place with many shops, a supermarket and an old movie theater. I’m pleased that the Coffeeville Courier is still published each week.
The Ville restaurant is not fancy, but you can sit and enjoy a wide variety of tasty home-cooked foods, deserts and something to drink.
Unfortunately my brother and I could not eat at The Ville only because we were rushed to drive to Oxford. But we did take out two 32-ounce iced teas with lemon for $2.50 each.
The Ville restaurant sells fried chicken, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, pulled-pork, hamburgers and French fries, various sandwiches, sodas, pies, ice tea and coffee, but no beer or other alcoholic beverages. I thought the prices a bit high, but inflation has taken its toll everywhere, and I no longer live in the United States.
Expect to see only a few people sitting at tables with plastic table cloths. Service is reasonably quick.
Credit and debit cards are accepted. There is air-conditioning at The Ville. The restaurant closes at two o’clock and reopens at four o’clock.

Always a treat to come here. Food is always great. Service is wonderful. Worth the trip from anywhere (out waitress tonight was super helpful and running like crazy but took great care of us!!!

Lawd this place is good! I travel and review places while I work. This place has to be the best burger I have had! I jut got a cheese burger loaded with all the topping. The jumbo. Let me tell you that burger was juicy and chard very well. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Most amazing atmosphere. Waitress was so friendly. Cozy hometown feeling. The food was exceptional and amazing. The portion sizes were huge and the cost wasn’t high . I wish they would open another restaurant close to my hometown. Beautiful decor and friendly faces. I had a hamburger steak with onions and gravy with seasoned fries and cole slaw and toast. Mouth watering and a flavor explosion in my mouth.

Like walking into a Fannie Flagg novel. This great diner has a large menu, generous portions, and friendly service. Absolutely worth going a little out of your way for, especially if you want a real local food experience. Chicken fried steak was perfection and the fry on the mozzarella sticks was the best I have ever had.

The food is delicious. It wouldn’t hurt to add a slice of Texas Toast bread to their Chicken Strips Dinner Plate. Other than that, the food is pretty good. The food portion sizes are pretty reasonable.

We went here for lunch with family that live nearby. Such a friendly place! I had the Hot Hollie Chicken sandwich and it was soo good! Very messy to eat, but yummy! My sister had a BLT and really enjoyed it! My brother in law ordered the chef salad and it was a really big portion filled with all kinds of goodness! My husband and brother both ordered patty melts and said they were very good! The food came quickly and piping hot! I wish I had taken some pictures but alas, I did not! The people that work here all seem to know my nephew, who they call ” Little Ravioli ” and my brother in law ” Big Ravioli ” so we were laughing about that. They were a fun bunch! Thanks for a good experience with yummy food and fun times with my family! We will have to come back next time we visit Coffeeville!
