I’ve been meaning to visit for quite some time and I’m glad I did. The atmosphere here is unpretentious and very comfortable, and I love that. Seldom does any place make a burger the way I like it, but they did. The homemade macaroni and cheese was fabulous. For once I didn’t feel like I was eating a box of store-bought noodles with a bunch of melted cheese dumped on top of them. The chips were great too. The only reason they don’t get five stars across the board is that they were clearly understaffed. It happens. It took quite some time for us to even be greeted. Once we placed our order though, the food came promptly. Would definitely return.

We went to village tap for savor Fort Wayne. Have been a couple of times. Great food every time. Loved the deals with Savor had pretzel and ribs with brownie for dessert everything was delicious. Didn’t take picture because I smelled too good and I ate too fast. Definitely recommend!

First time trying The Village Tap. Wanted to sit at the bar rail, but the rail and tables on that level were all full. Waitress greeted us when we walked in, and we sat at one of the tables in the room beside the bar. This room was empty except for us. Waited 10 minutes and watched as the waitress sat at a table near the bar talking to the people seated there. Had to find a couple menus on our own, waited another 5 minutes. Waitress never moved, so we left. Good luck attracting new customers when you only serve the regulars.

The waitress was lovely. The food was good. However, when Tom Didier and the other gentleman went on stage, the music was too loud and our group left because we could no longer hear each other. With Sinatra-like music, a more soft, relaxed performance by these two men would have been more calming. Perhaps pick up the tempo as the evening progressed. Just a friendly suggestion. Thank you.

Amazing experience! We had a surprise birthday party at NICK‘s Martini Wine and Bar/Village Tap, . From the moment I called to inquire using them as our venue we received excellent customer service and communications. The process was effortless. They accommodated every single request and beyond. Not only was the planning extremely easy, the food was excellent, the accommodations were clean and impressive, and the staff were beyond friendly!
Even the band, we hired said It was the best private party they’ve ever played at. They have been doing this for literally years. The compliments from the guests were a 10 out of 10. Several individuals commented, I didn’t even know this place existed…we will be back!!

Very good local spot. The service is amazing. The onion rings and coleslaw were super good. I got the cuban and the sandwich was great, but I think it was an off night and the pulled pork was a bit dry. Will definitely be going back.

Abysmal food. The brisket Philly cheese sandwich featured beef brisket that was about a quarter inch thick, very fatty, and had almost no seasoning. The potato chips were tasteless.
The dining room was extremely loud, and the tables were not THAT close together. The walls, ceiling, and floor have no sound dampening features making it very hard to hear the person next to me.
The wait staff was the lone bright spot, but that is not enough to make up for horrendous food.
