When we walked into the bar, there were only 10-12 people. Some already had their drinks and were just having a good time. Me and our party of 9 walked in. Only four of us were going to place a drink order and so we stepped up to the bar to wait for the bartender to greet us and take our order. The bartender was wearing a yellow tank top and was a blonde woman (I can’t remember her name) she did not greet our group once. We waited 15 minutes for her to greet us at the end of the bar while a much larger Christmas dressed group walked in after us and were greeted and their drink orders taken right away. We walked to the front of the bar and bartender waiting to get her attention to let her know she completely skipped us. When she finally acknowledged us, she told us she would “make our drinks last” since they “took more time” we waited another 15 minutes for her. In this time another large Christmas group walked in and stood at the end of the bar (where we originally stood) and she walked to the end of the bar to greet them and take their orders right away. Rightfully, we were angry and tired, we expressed our frustrations and we left. We walked into the bar between 2:35pm and 2:40pm. And we left at 3:08 absolutely frustrated and disgusted. I have never received such poor service and blatant disrespect in my life. Our group are really good tippers and we would have been happy to repay her time as a solo bartender on a busy Sunday afternoon had she not completely disregarded our group. This establishment needs to do better and have better staffing especially during the holidays.

The bartenders are nasty and so is the manager one bartender said I was rude and she’s not gonna serve me anymore when I tried to file a complaint on her with the manager the manager completely took her side and she doesn’t even know the story she didn’t believe anything. I said she said I’m not gonna serve you either. I didn’t do anything wrong to that bartender at all, they treat customers like crap like we’re expendable.

A great neighborhood bar. Daytime bartender Debbie is the best. Beer and drinks are VERY reasonable. Clientele is mostly freindly locals but does get its fair share of new people, strangers and people passing through. Everyone is treated well. Inside is clean and smoke free with ice cold AC. Outside patio is large and allows smoking. Owners are hands on and you see one or both everyday checking on the operation. You won’t be disappointed stopping in for a drink.

Been coming here for years and are regulars. All the bartenders are AMAZING except the one with the blue hair. Every time we come and she’s here we wait at least 15 minutes without her getting our order all while she’s sitting on her phone or rearranging pens. Not helping other customers or doing anything else of importance. Mind you, this is when they’re busy and slow. She’s rude and has horrible customer service. All of our friends complain about her as well and say the same. Such a shame and we will probably not come back while she’s on shift.

Great little place! Home of the longest running open jam on Wednesday nights. The bartenders are not only good at their job, they’re just good people in general. Would recommend any musician to bring their instruments on Wednesdays, some of the best musicians around will be there & EVERYONE gets to play.
