Excellent establishment! Food is very good, and reasonably priced. Wait staff, and employees are friendly, and helpful. Ambiance is warm, and inviting, and very clean! I was with my children, and told them to pray before they eat. The hostess was at the table, stopped, bowed her head, waited until we finished, and said “Amen” with us! NEVER had that in ANY restaurant EVER!!! Excellent establishment! I will be back again!

Kind and courteous was the type of service I received today at the Riverdale eatery! Glad this town is investing back in itself. It was a beautiful experience. The place is nice and clean….even the window blinds were clean!!! Cleanliness is a plus for me. Oh yes….The food was good!!

Village Eatery is a wonderful place to go in the neighborhood where you can sit down, have a drink with your dinner. And enjoy the company of your dinner guests. I had the pork chop dinner. It was very good but I was a bit disappointed that they were thin chops almost like breakfast chops. But I tell you they were very tasty. And the fried green tomatoes but very good. I’m going back to get some of them real soon. Let’s go out and try to support our businesses in the neighborhood. You know we don’t have that many of them

Had an event in the private dinning area. Service was great, food was even better. Staff continued to check on myself and guest. I love that I can support a Black own business that’s reasonably priced and has a variety to offer. Will definitely be back!

Such a great addition to the area where they call home, it was a pleasure to be able to invite my family to this Venue for my mother’s Repast. We we’re able to reserve 90%of the entire place. The food was amazing and the hospitality from the staff was presidential!

Great food, very nice staff, good prices nice atmosphere. I usually call in my order on Friday after a long work week. I decided to dine in all by myself and I felt like I was at home sitting at the dinner table and enjoying my favorite program on the big screen television. Woke up this afternoon After my favorite Team Da Bears lost last night needed something to cheer me up and fill me up . Stopped in with my girl and my daughter and Grandchildren. AND had an amazing experience… at the village eatery in Riverdale and the food was amazing. Customer service was wonderful but again the FOOD WAS FREAKIN AMAZING! The atmosphere is great as well. It’s a must have!
