Just moved to Blair, first time having dinner here. Had the prime rib, enchiladas and fried ravioli. It was fantastic – we will definitely be back! Noticed everything is impeccably clean – wish we’d had room for dessert. Heard the custard insane. On the list to try next time!

My husband and I came on a Saturday evening. We had quick service. Our waitress Deb, super sweet. My husband got the prime rib medium rare. Came out pretty rare. Hash browns were warm not crispy. I got the cheeseburger and crinkle fries. Burger was cooked perfectly. Fries piping hot. First time here, we would come back.

Had a delicious birthday lunch for my dear mother in law. Server was the sweetest and the food was hot and fresh, well made. Those home fries are fire! Put some on your starter menu, like a cheddar and bacon home fries, a Parm and chicken with sauce, a brown gravy, beef and mushroom with cheese. So crispy and hot. Yumm! Thank you for a lovely day

This place feels like it’s owned by a real person. Food was very good and well-priced, particularly the custard and the Ribeye. Service was great, Jeff was constantly checking in to see how everything was.
Whole place was clean, and the bathrooms were well stocked.
It’s a little sad that a good quality place like this was empty on a Sunday afternoon. Blair is a tough location, and most people go to big name restaurants. I wish them the best and will surely come back

I remembered coming to this place a while ago. Hearing from other people it has not changed. The food is mediocre at best but only for not giving food poisoning. The interior is not up to the viking name. Overall disappointed and do not think I will try them again. If you value your time and money do not go here.

This place is a diamond in the rough, a true gem to have in Blair NE! The decor is dated, quirky, fun, lots of neat stuff to look at!! Food is consistent, homemade, always comes out steaming hott and incredibly delicious! Don’t forget to save room for dessert!! Chocolate overload is phenomenal!!!
