What’s the good word about The Vietnamese Kitchen : r/greensburg

I ate there recently with my boyfriend, the chicken cóm was really good and the tofu bahn mi was also good, nice atmosphere and the servers are friendly.

2nd time dining in and we enjoyed it again, consistently quick and friendly. Pho is a sweet soup heavy in cinnamon (or enjoyed it but another person in my party didn’t) so be aware of what it is. There are plethora of dishes to pick from.

The pho was great and we also got the dumplings steamed which were also good. Everything tasted great and the price to portions is good too. Server was nice and got us anything we needed. Will definitely be back to try more pho and menu items~

Wow was this some of the best food I’ve had out in a long time. The bahn mi is just excellent (especially the beef one) and the rice flour crepe was so delicious. We will definitely be going here more often!

Great taste of Thai in our area. Small, quaint, perfect for a date night or relaxing lunch. Pad Thai is great, Pho is sweet and savory. The service was lovely and we liked that we could add in our own toppings to the pho. Boba tea is always great. Fresh ingredients, lots of different options on the menu, not just Thai.

WOW! THANK YOU! FINALLY!!!
My husband and I are so elated to have quality Vietnamese food near us (30 mins away)! Typically, we go to the burgh for good Vietnamese, and this place stands up to the big boys!

We had the chicken lettuce wraps for an appetizer. Great flavor, large serving, and only $10. My husband ordered Rare Steak Pho. He loved every slurp of it! (Well, we took 3/4 of it home, lol). I personally didn’t care for the flavor. There was just a flavor that was off for me compared to other Pho’s I’ve had.
I ordered the Bun with pork! Flavor explosion in a bowl as I call it! Umami is the best word for it. The fresh mint hits just right with the salty peanut crumbles. It keeps you going back for more. We order a Banh Ni and two specialty drinks to go! BRAVO!

What’s funny is that the building was originally a Pizza Hut. The moment I walked in, the overwhelming, delightful smell of pizza and the Book It program raced through my head! It was a wonderful childhood memory of mine.

We love the food here, along with the service and atmosphere. We are never disappointed by the food or service. The portions are amazing and we love the bahn mi and pho. The vegetable spring rolls and edamame are amazing. I think the garlic string beans might be my favorite but I say that everytime I try something new.

Vietnamese food is my favorite and this place is really good. Everything tastes super fresh and the flavors are very well-balanced. The interior of the restaurant is clean and just smells like delicious Vietnamese spices when you walk in. I’m thrilled to have a great Vietnamese restaurant so close to my house.

The Best Food That Almost Never Got Found!

Found this place thanks to Google. Although the map directions will put you in the parking lot of the Barnes and Noble next door, or worse – Waze told us it was in some un reachable spot!

Well – we are definitely thankful that we did persevere and find this true gem of Greensburg!

The place itself may not look like much (former Pizza Hut), but the FOOD makes up for it in ways that are so WORTH the visit!

We had the lemongrass chicken Bun and the steamed rice and chicken with vegetables.

Both were amazing! The summer rolls were the perfect appetizer that we could’ve made a meal of themselves!

The Vietnamese iced coffee was served in a large glass. Not the traditional that I’m kinda used to but just as yummy as I hoped for!

Don’t sleep on this place! You could go get the usual in Greensburg but WHY?!!
