We pulled up and were immediately greeted by the owners who were so welcoming and informative. We ordered a Banh Mi sandwich, Egg rolls, combo fried rice and fried dumplings tonight. It was all so delicious!! We are so excited to now have Vietnamese cuisine here. Can’t wait to go back. Also the boba teas were so delicious!! Give them a try!!!

*My review disappeared from Google so I am reposting.* This place is a hidden gem. The chef and her husband are absolutely fabulous people. We spoke with them at length about their menu and recipes. Victoria is so lucky to have a legit pho place! We got bone marrow pho and pork pho plus spring rolls, summer rolls, and the special tea-of-the-day. It was glorious! Meaty, salty, unctuous broth and plenty of meat. We took our order home and poured it from the take out containers into metal bowls to keep it hot and have plenty of room to add all the veggies, meat, noodles, and sauces. Lots of fresh veggies and sauces were included– they were all excellent. Highly recommend getting whatever the “chalkboard special” is of the day– they come up with the specials based on the freshest ingredients they can find locally. It’s a winner every time.

The owners went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Gave us samples. This is not any type of “fast” food service. Everything is made fresh and is worth the wait. They have big plans coming!. We ordered the fried rice, egg rolls, dumplings, and bun tom, everything is delicious and we’ll be back!

The food is always made hot and fresh. I love the eggs roll they are so good and my favorite drink is passion fruit drink. Please order a head of time so when you get there it will be ready.

So I ordered the chicken curry. I received a big bowl of curry floored broth. Rice was crunchy and the wait was close to 40 minutes. Mind you this dish cost $20. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food and definitely don’t mind paying for quality. But today I feel like I got taken. I mean we are talking few chicken scraps. I really wanted to like this food truck.

Food truck with no pace to sit and eat. Food worth it though. I had pho which was really tasty. Hubby had shrimp fried rice. A little skimpy on shrimp, since asked to just have shrimp without chicken. But, still best in town. Will definitely come back. Recommend order ahead, so you don’t have to wait. They cook to order.

Have had the Pho twice and the Bun Tom Thit once. My partner and I agree that this is the best Pho we’ve ever had. The second dish has fresh vegetables, vermicelli, shrimp, pork and eggroll tidbits. The flavors are rich and nuanced. So fresh tasting. I wish I could eat here every day.

The owners are super nice, and the food was delicious . I wish the Curry sauce had been a bit thicker, but it has been cold out lately, so I ate it like soup. I would definitely eat here again.
