Food was nice enough, friendly staff, clean restaurant but it is wayyyy too expensive for what you get, portion sizes are small for the price you have to pay. $19 for a special fried rice which had no pork (it’s meant to) and tiny bits of chicken, worst of all the small rectangular container wasn’t even full! For that price it should have been a large full container! Fried rice price is absolute robbery. Will never order it again. Carrot and coriander was missing from my soup. Not sure I’d go back at those prices.

Just had a delicious Lemongrass Chicken Bahn Mi here. Fresh and delicious. Super crusty bread! We also had some steamed dumplings and fresh rice paper rolls which were also super fresh and tasty. Lovely staff. Will definitely return

We absolutely love this place. Cathy is amazing and her food is second to none. It’s the best Vietnamese food in Ipswich. Fresh, authentic, tasty and reasonably priced. We eat here at least once a week and highly recommend it. Do yourself a favour and dine in. You’ll really enjoy the simple authenticity of Cathy’s menu and food.

Wonderful food, enjoyed grilled chicken vermicelli noodles, egg noodles and chicken and pork spring rolls. The portions are generous, lots of meat, generous amount of meat and meat and all the ingredients tasted fresh unlike at other places selling dishes of Asian cuisine. Everything tasted beautiful, chicken served with egg noodles was crispy. Everything was great, they were super attentive to all 3 notes we left as to how we’d like our meal to be cooked and served. Definitely recommended, I’m sure they’ll only get better. Great place to have a Vietnamese or Asian fusion dish when you’re too lazy to cook. I’d order from them again.

Great little place to grab something healthy and delicious. Nice range of traditional Vietnamese meals. Good sized portions and there was seating available on arrival and the food was quick to come out. Staff were friendly and the pork rice dish (in photo) comes with some nice pickles and fresh tomato. Reasonably priced and plenty of parking available. Takeaways also on offer.

I ordered the crispy pork banh mi and the crispy pork and wonton egg noodle soup. I ordered through door dash for $29 (with fees and free delivery)
The banh mi was ok. I’ve had a few in this area and I’d say it’s not my favourite. It lacked in flavour, herbs and chilli. The one thing I must say is that the pork was amazing! Crunchy crackle and tender meat. The bread roll itself was also nice, chewy, soft and crisp on the outside. I will say though, that I wouldn’t pay $9.90 for it again unless they add more flavour with more herbs and sauce etc.
The soup came in two separate containers which is ideal. I was hoping the broth would be seperate as I was going to eat it later on so this suited me perfectly. It looked visually appealing and tasted great but I wouldn’t pay 17.90 for it.
I’ll definitely order here again if they can pack in more flavor and be more generous with the portion size.

Had a fantastic beef pho, the spring rolls were absolutely delicious too. The homemade lemon ice tea was so refreshing! Their menu is limited but includes several versions of Viet noodle salads, rice paper rolls and banh mi. If they are all as good as the pho I’ll be really impressed! Will be back.
