First time here this last weekend and it was fantastic. The atmosphere is great. Music is low, layout is great. The service at the bar was awesome. Jamie. And then… The food was the best. The pancake special was amazing. Chef came out and asked how it was. We will be back.

The place is nice and clean. I have been a few times during the afternoon hours before 4pm and a staff is nice. I have ordered their old fashion that they make with simple syrup as opposed to a sugar cube, so not the best version in my opinion. Also had their pulled pork nachos – they were overall good! I would appreciate some sort of pickled peppers or onions added with the nachos though for a bigger kick of acidity – the sliced (canned?) jalapeños that are included are a bit lackluster. I have always sat at the bar and every time I’ve went they have lowered the volume on the juke box after having purchased tracks to listen to which has been pretty disappointing. There is definitely an overall family-friendly vibe here when I’ve went – if you’re looking for a more adult bar vibe I suggest trying The Lone Star Bar.

LOVED IT! So glad Pflugerville has a spot like this. Love the atmosphere and the food! We had a spicy margarita and an Earl Grey Old Fashioned. For dinner we had the green chili nachos and the ‘Call the doctor’ burger w/house cut fries. The food was very good, and I hope this place remains for years to come! We will absolutely be back! I rarely review but this was worth waking up and putting my two cents out there. I want this place to succeed and wish many blessings to them. We have been wanting to try this place since they opened and as soon as we walked I had an instant smile on my face. My husband and I took a seat at the bar and we were greeted warmly by Fernando. He suggested great drinks and his food recommendations didn’t disappoint. We met a regular Johnny and he introduced us to the owner. Watching the owner humbly work his butt off and his team followed suit. That’s an example of great leadership! Kevin the other bartender was so cool as well. I had the burger of the month (picture) and my husband had hold my beer and the whiskey dessert . We had the best time met some nice people. Definitely will be coming back again soon was told to try the Mexican martini/old fashion next time. I’m proud this place is in our hometown!

My wife and I went to the victory tap for the first time tonight and it was a great experience. We shared 2 of the entrees and the food was solid, though we forgot to take a photo. :/ The restaurant itself was really cool, and our server was definitely the highlight. He sold us on the outdoor seating and the new outdoor bar as well as a garden, which he apparently planted himself! Highly recommend.

Love the new ownership and what they’ve done here. The food is GREAT bar food. I have an upstairs area with casino games and TVs. Downstairs area with lots of TVs and a game or two. Outside they have connect four, several tables and a dog friendly area. This is a great addition to downtown Pflugerville.

I have been here for both a happy hour, and with our daughter for food and drinks. I have never been disappointed, the atmosphere is great. The drinks are delicious and the food is remarkable. I love the personal touch of having the owner come to your table to just casually chat with you. The fact that he genuinely wants to get to know his customers Makes my overall experience every time I come here far exceed any other restaurant. I have never had anything on the menu I did not like. Fried pickle burger, remarkable. Nachos, delicious. Their wings, always pristine. Definitely give this place a visit and be prepared for being a regular.

Great local bar and restaurant. Weekend brunch menu filled with delicious southern items. The green chili pork sandwich was excellent. Friendly and responsive staff and locally owned. Great atmosphere. It will be interesting to see it full (I went mid afternoon). The patio looks great; I can’t wait till the fall. It’s a great casual food place. Enjoy.
