Mike is easily the best bartender—fast, friendly, and makes you feel like a regular. Manager Sarah sets the tone, working right alongside the team and keeping the vibe welcoming. Made me feel like a regular my first time.

Went in for lunch. Was asked for what my guest and I wanted to drink ordered Jameson neat was told two minutes later they were out of so order another whiskey. Then came the lunch order tried to order the breaded fish sandwich was told they were out of that. So ordered the Phoenix sandwich My guest and I waited 45 minutes for the sandwich only had an hour lunch. Food came out and was pickles and sauce on a bun with a burnt end piece of chicken on each for almost $30 per sandwich not a happy customer. It was supposed to have a horseradish slaw didn’t so asked when the bartender finally came back around 10 minutes later to check on us, and he proceeded to say they were out of the slaw and didn’t say anything come on guys with a auto gratuity of 20% auto added for dining in! Service was terrible food was not what was advertised!

Space is clean and comfortable. Well lit with various comfortable sections for sitting. Service team very pleasant and overly attentive (almost invasive), I guess compared to not getting any service is ok but still on the too much side.
We misunderstood the listing for the 20% Gratuity as part of the food price, instead it is 20% above your food ticket.
Food- hamburger sat waiting for the second plate on the counter so it was cold on arrival. I ordered the prime(not a big beef person) plate because due to the listing of yukon mash as I love growing yukon potatoes. Sadly, the yukon mash lacked any potato flavor, was mealy and not palatable, but I was starving. Mash tasted liquidy and fridgy!

We(TalentLign) co-hosted a corporate roundtable event at the Victor Tavern Eastlake this week and it was perfect! Beautiful location, evening sunshine, fantastic food, a private room, the whole 9 yards! We also were graced with the most amazing and attentive server, Tirzah, thank you again! Everyone that attended was so happily surprised at the location, the quality of the food, and the amazing service. We would definitely host here again in a heartbeat!

Had an amazing experience at Victor Tavern! The atmosphere is perfect for a casual night out, with plenty of TVs to watch the game and a cozy patio with fire pits. I sat at the bar, and Sean was excellent—he let me know about happy hour and recommended the Smoky wings, which were absolutely delicious. The smokiness paired with just the right amount of spice. They’ve also got a fantastic drink selection I can’t wait to explore more.
One thing I really love about this place is that they pay their employees a living wage. Gratuity is included on all checks, which I think is awesome—finally, a company paying their staff equitable wages! Highly recommend checking them out!

Service was so slow, it took 45 minutes for them to produce 2 chicken sandwiches, chicken burnt a bit black on the ends. They said the kitchen was backed up, but the real issue is all of their staff members moving in slow motion. I had a long time to watch their operation. The sandwiches came out with no cole slaw, no mention of no cole slaw, and no attempt to replace it with something else. You’d think going to a place with premium pricing would mean better quality food and at least good service, but of course, why would anyone have the drive to work any harder or provide good service when they’re guaranteed 20% gratuity, which also wasnt mentioned.

I’ll admit to being skeptical about paying $23 for a Beyond Burger, boy was I wrong. A slight amount of heat, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. The drinks were great too. The others in my party were also impressed. Highly recommended.
If I had any complaint, it would be that it’s very noisy. It is a tavern, so I guess that’s to be expected.
