This restaurant is located inside the Caribe Royale Resort. This is luxury dining for sure. We went for Valentine’s Day Dinner and it was amazing. The food was a 10/10. Everything shown in the pictures which is what we had was amazing, seasoned to perfection. We will definitely be back.

Food was ok but wouldn’t say amazing. Like other reviewers mentioned, the Bison short ribs are on the salty side but tasted good. The Wagyu tallow old fashion was infused with smoke and had that oily tallow taste which was interesting but wouldn’t order it again. The bloody mary was just a typical off the shelf mix. The shrimp cocktail was cooked perfectly and each piece was large. The service and atmosphere was great. A little too dark for my taste as it was even hard to read the menu unless putting it under the table light. I can’t say if I’ll go back here since there are so many better options for the price.

My husband and I were celebrating his Contractor of the Year Award. We decided to take the advice of our colleagues and give the Venetian Chop House a try. Let me tell you, The Venetian Chop House deserves every accolade! Sara was our waitress, and she was the most phenomenal waitress we’ve ever had (we’ve been together 20+ years, and she’s our #1). Sara was extremely attentive, she had great energy, and she was so enthusiastic about her job. Every staff member who stopped at our table went above and beyond to make sure our evening was perfect. The food is out of this world! The flavors, the presentation, and the care put into each dish made this experience that much better! Whatever you’re celebrating, ask for Sara. She also surprised us with a “congratulations dessert,” which definitely ended the night on a perfect note. Thank you

We were staying at the hotel and my husband booked a reservation. The food was delicious. I got lobster and it had some crab in it as well. The bread was good, the ultimate chocolate dessert was super cool! Watching it burn and melt was fun, I even took a video of it.
Our server Phillip was awesome and the ambiance for our double date. Iggy was great. Everyone loved their food and I would definitely stop by again if we were in the area again.

My wife, our three young children, and I were staying at the hotel for two weeks over the holidays and decided to book a family meal at the restaurant. What we didn’t realise at the time was that the EmPower 2026 conference was in full swing.
Despite this, the atmosphere was fantastic — a real buzz, but still relaxed and welcoming. We ordered our meals and, as families do, passed the time with a few silly games while we waited. There was a slightly longer wait than usual, but nothing beyond what we’d expect back in the UK, and certainly nothing that concerned us.
Then came the moment that truly set this place apart.
The front-of-house team quietly and discreetly informed my wife that our entire bill would be covered, purely as a gesture of goodwill due to the wait.
When does that ever happen?
This was hospitality at its absolute finest — thoughtful, generous, and completely unexpected. We have not stopped talking about it since.

This hidden gem of a restaurant, located inside the hotel, is an incredible find. Despite the menu being relatively small, every dish was thoughtfully curated, expertly prepared, and bursting with flavor. The service was truly outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Probably the best seafood I’ve eaten in my life. The scallop appetizer is definitely the best scallops I’ve ever eaten. My main course was the baked stuffed main lobster which was also fantastic. The overall ambience is very pleasant as well, lighting just dim enough without being too dark and soothing music over the speakers. Our server, Christen, was awesome. Very attentive without hovering too much – just right. If you can get a reservation here I highly recommend. And they gave me a birthday dessert for my 51st birthday next week!

We ate dinner here to celebrate my birthday. We were staying at the resort so we decided to have a nice dinner here. It far exceeded my expectations. My date and I were seated in a fairly private corner, and the service was top notch from the moment we were seated. Diesel was a phenomenal server who gave our dining experience so much personality, and made my birthday feel so celebrated. And THE FOOD. The food was delicious! Wonderful portions but with so much flavor. We ordered the rib eye, Brussels sprouts, lobster Mac n cheese, and the tagliatelle bolognese. We were treated to a lovely chocolate mousse cake and wonderfully sang to by Diesel, accompanied by what felt like half the restaurant guests. I usually shy away from being the center of attention but I was having such a lovely evening. Maybe the margaritas helped…the drinks here were strong but tasted so smooth. Would come back here for another wonderful meal. Especially to be served by Diesel! Thank you to everyone there for such a lovely evening.
