We popped in for the holiday pop up and were not disappointed. The decorations are plentiful and amazing. Definitely put us in the mood. We enjoyed chicken parmigiana and the short rib rigatoni and followed it up with a tiramisu. We didn’t leave hungry!

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a decade! Came for brunch with 6 people. $50 per person for an appetizer, main, and dessert. What they don’t tell you in advance is that you all have to agree on the same appetizer. Not good if you have a large group that might include picky teens or people with food restrictions. We couldn’t even split half and half. Asked for the manager, and she was incredibly rude and said the kitchen would reject the order if two different orders were placed for our one table. But I asked what would have happened if we made two different reservations for three people. Then we could have had two different appetizers. In the end we got fried cheese sticks. How many little cheese sticks did they bring for SIX PEOPLE? FIVE CHEESE STICKS. The waitress could not understand that that made no sense at all. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. Ok, no appetizer for me, so I waited until I got my main (pasta with vodka sauce, fine, but not worth $50 for lunch). Dessert was a big plate of cannoli, cookies, cake. Seemed like it was from Market Basket or something. Three of our party asked for coffee to have with their dessert. It as 3:15, and we were told they could have coffee, but they had to finish by 3:30! Coffee arrived at 3:22, so they had 8 minutes to drink it. Luckily the cups were small (yet still $4). Hilarious that it’s an Italian restaurant, as in Italy you can spend as long as you like lingering over a meal with your coffee. Do not waste your time or money going here.

My friends and I finally made it to the Holiday Pop Up!!!! It was all we hoped for and more. The atmosphere was so cozy and charming. The food and drinks were so yummy. The cherry on top was David our fabulous waiter. He made the night so fun. He made us laugh and guided us to what to order. He is definitely a treasure. Go experience the Venetian Holiday Pop Up and hope you get David as your waiter!!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas dinner at The Venetian Restaurant of Weymouth. The set three-course menu was well planned and nicely executed, making it an easy and enjoyable way to celebrate the holiday without any stress. The food was very good from start to finish, with generous portions and classic flavors that felt fitting for a special occasion. What really made the afternoon stand out, though, was the amazing holiday atmosphere. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, warm, and festive, creating a cozy and celebratory setting that truly felt like Christmas. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience and a great choice for a Christmas meal. The Venetian did an excellent job delivering both quality food and a joyful holiday ambiance.

We had the BEST time tonight! Our food was amazing and the service was the best we’ve ever had. Julie was our server and she was a delight! She met all our needs and has the most positive disposition! The hostess, Ruby, was so great with my nieces! 10/10 recommend!

OMG, it took me two years to get a holiday reservation. It was worth the wait. Place looked wonderful, food was beyond expectations (we had short ribs and the chicken parmigiana). Salad starter was served family style and was plentiful and so very fresh. Desserts were super. Waitress could not have been nicer or more efficient. We will be going back during the year for sure.

**** Update. The restaurant reached out and we will revisit this review once we return to the Venetian****. We had been to the Venetian way back and loved it. We actually bought their sauce by the pint. We had not been there in quite some time and saw this holiday theme outside. We never go out for New Years. This was the first time in our 30 years of marriage. The inside was also decorated very nicely. Festive. Songs of Christmas throughout. Our Hostess was very nice and polite and were seated quite promptly for our 7:15 reservation. We started with two drinks and 3 appetizers. The arancini, meatballs and the garlic bread. The arancini were not very good. They had very little taste and being from an Italian family I have had them quite frequently both out and at family gatherings. The meatballs (3) were actually good. Shaved cheese sat upon the tops of them. The garlic knots were a horrible. Not one taste of garlic. They may as well have been plain bread that we paid for that came with a dipping cup of sauce which had very little taste as well. The Entrees. We both ordered the Chicken Parmesan and ordered another round of drinks to go with them. I got the Limoncello spritz which was very good. My wife ordered the Espresso Martini. Also good. HOWEVER, the entrees were and I am putting it nicely. Something that tasted as if it came out of a high school cafeteria. The chicken had NO taste. The breading was bland and the chicken was luke warm at best. That went for both our meals. We had been “pre-warned by our server that the reason for our dinner taking so long was because we were sandwiched between to big tables”. The spaghetti was over cooked and mushy and luke warm. The sauce. No flavor! My wife saw the table behind us get served and their spaghetti was steaming hot. She could see the actual steam coming from the plate. They were also served bread. Something we did not get. After leaving spending over $200 for a dinner for 2. I would never recommend here. I am just being honest as I rarely leave poor reviews but you would do better at a chain restaurant.

I went for the holiday brunch $50 pp set menu. The server was busy so I will give her some grace but the entrees came out before the appetizer and then we had a pile of food on the table. The food was not that good. The dessert was the best quality item. If you want to see the decorations (which were great) go for a drink at the bar the rest is not worth it.

Our food was delicious and so well prepared! There was a bit of a snafu on one of our orders, not surprising since it was New Year’s Eve and they were extremely busy. The staff and manager went over and way above making it right, however. Our server was knowledgeable about food allergies and friendly. The two in our party who have to be gluten free were delighted with their GF pasta, and our other meals were superb. We will definitely be going back.
