Stylish, relaxed restaurant serving New American fare & cocktails in a historical bank building.

One of my favorite places to visit! Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat with my boys, food was great! My sons loved the wings. I’m a huge fan of the Arugula & Salmon Salad. Drinks were tasty and service was good. Prices were a little expensive, but luckily this day, I wasn’t paying the tab.

The white wine mussels and the crispy brussel sprouts were delicious!! The sprouts were sweet and crispy, definitely a must-try. The service here was also excellent. We sat outside (dog friendly) and the string lights were very cute.

Everything we ordered was exquisite. So delicious. We tried the braised short rib sliders, pan roasted mushrooms, crispy Brussels sprouts, flatiron steak tapa, Spanish style mussels, and southwestern salad.

I stopped by The Vault for a quick bite while I was in Beacon. I got there shortly after they opened and was the only group there. The food was delicious, I got the mac n cheese with short ribs and the croquettes. Both were hot and really hit the spot! The place was dead at lunchtime, and the service was just okay. I’m guessing this place is better for dinner or maybe lunch on the weekends.

First time here last night (9/3/16). Place is very cozy, food was delish, but most of all our waiter (Jonathan) was great. He was very attentive and gave recommendations on wine pairing with our food. Would def go again and try their entree. Calamari, oysters, meat/cheese platter were great. Creme Brulé and triple chocolate mousse even better. Take that someone special here and have a relaxing eating experience.

Had the half roasted chicken with truffle fries. It is deceiving big for one person, but I’m definitely not complaining. It tasted remarkable. The chicken was incredible juicy and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly seasoned.
The outdoor patio seating on a warm summer day with a cold delicious Mimosa and homeade lemonade, made this pitstop so worthwhile.
We were actually just passing through Beacon and were hoping to have Brunch, unfortunately they no longer do that. But we didn’t regret it one bit. Highly recommend.

Went out in Beacon one day without a plan and ended up at The Vault. This restaurant has been in the city for a long time now and I can easily see why! The staff was extremely friendly and inviting; they were prompt with food / drink orders as well. We decided to sit outside because of the nice weather and watched the place fill up during the 1 1/2 hours we were there. Sitting outside was 100% the right decision too as the patio area is secluded enough that you don’t feel on top of others and when a breeze blows by you feel it. As for the food and drinks, there’s a TON of options that are all reasonably priced. For 2 people, we split 5 dishes and that was plenty (had to take some home!). All in all, a great experience and I can’t wait to go back for dinner again soon.

Great customer service and delicious food! I didn’t give 5 stars because it was difficult for me to break the bread despite of few attempts 🙂
I would return for a great time and some well-garnished food! Hopefully some good bread next time!
