Chicken fajitas were seasoned perfectly, tender and fresh. Guacamole fresh and tasty. Charro beans were excellent. Homemade flour tortillas were fantastic. I loved this plate.
Cheese enchiladas were hot and fresh. Cheese topping made the dish!

We were in town for a funeral and had to stop here it’s a must when you’re in Uvalde. I follow them on Facebook and drool over their food. This is the oldest restaurant in town, and it truly feels like coming home. The comfort of the food and the warmth of the place were exactly what we needed. The enchiladas are my favorite full of flavor and made with love. The portions are huge, the prices are great, and you have to get the homemade chips and guacamole. The owners are so down to earth and kind. They genuinely love people and love what they do. If you’re looking for good, authentic Mexican food, this is the spot.

We had a great dinner here. A sweet girl named Destiny waited on us. She was a delightful person. She was quick and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious! I would dine here anytime I’m in Uvalde. If you eat here, ask for Destiny!

This place is amazing! I had the beef fajita tacos with rice and beans. Fajitas were cooked perfectly, rice was delicious , and the charro beans were some of the best I’ve ever had! Definitely will come back here! Highly recommended.

This was my first time dining here, but it won’t be the last. The owners, Quique and Lori, were amazing- as was my server. The food was fantastic. My wife had chicken enchiladas and I had beef fajitas. Bella, my puppy, had boiled chicken. We all enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Carolina, our server, deserves mention as well. If you haven’t tried this place, you should!

Hello we were traveling through town stopped to do some laundry looked for a good place to eat and stumbled across this place it is by far the best Mexican food I have ever had not too spicy but so delicious. We met the owners so much history these guys rock a very clean place you would think as old as this establishment is there would be an old or greasy smell not here as a matter of fact the owner is really on top of cleanliness the food is so awesome I had the creamy avocado chicken enchiladas so delicious. My wife ordered the beef fajitas she had some left over that I ate later in the evening so awesomely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to eat awesome Mexican food.

6 of us dined here today and it was great! From the margaritas to the fresh, delicious chips and queso to my favorite beef enchiladas and crispy beef tacos, we left as 6 happy diners. Lori’s friendly service was top notch as well. All around it was a excellent! Highly recommend.

Just passing through and if I ever come back to Uvalde I’ll definitely be coming back here. The food is absolutely delicious the chipotle chicken enchilada is the best. Tortilla chips are homemade. And the sweet tea Destiny was our waitress and she was great!
