What happens to an old Firehouse? Well these folks turned into a restaurant & bar. We stopped by to check it out, staff was pleasant, responsive, place was clean an orderly, friendly, as well as helpful. The beverage menu was pretty much good IPA’s, with limited domestic ‘s available as well, along with a list of wine’s too. There are soft beverage’s, available. As is the case with many restaurants the menu is somewhat limited, but the food is delicious. We had the Bacon Burger with blue cheese and fries, and the Rigatoni with Mushrooms and tomato and we were very satisfied. For dessert we had the Tart’s filled with Chocolate and fresh strawberries with whipped cream, they were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed this place. If you’re ever in Burlington, you should give them a try, you’ll be glad you did, Enjoy!

We came for brunch and arrived at around 2pm on a Sunday. They appeared to have a full house but we were seated immediately. The waitress came by as soon as we sat to say hello. 2 minutes later someone (possibly a manager) came to explain the table had to been wiped down prior to us being seated so he asked us to get up so he could wipe and sanitize it. I thought it was nice of him to still do this after we were seated because we would not have even realized it.

Great environment and atmosphere, service is good, and the brunch was mostly good. Do get the cheddar biscuits and gravy, the Monte Cristo, Ricatta Toast, skip the French Onion Soup. Drinks were fantastic and reasonably priced.

Restaurant a nice surprise. Was just going to have soup but menu looked so inviting. Great food, Reuben grilled to perfection with an exceptional salad on the side, my lunch partner had the salmon salad, looked very good, and they agreed..delicious. Told friends to eat there when they are in the area.

We were seated immediately, but waited nearly 20 minutes for our waiter because he never looked in our direction. We had to flag down another waiter to send our waiter to the table. The food was bland, over cooked, and burnt. Our waiter advised us that the cooks or chefs depending on who is running the kitchen are not quite consistent. I don’t plan on returning there. The only edible appetizer was the pork belly sliders. Disappointed is appropriate terminology and overpriced for the quality, texture, and flavor.

We were sat quickly by hostess and had great service. Large beer selections!! The food was just mediocre. We had the pork belly appetizer. It was like thick bacon. We thought it would be more “smokey”. I had the Margherita Flatbread. Red sauce was yummy but overall average. He had the shrimp tacos and enjoyed them. We split the cookie/ice cream dessert and it was just “meh”. Nice place. Again, good service but average food.
