We’ve been a few times. Food is constantly amazing. Service is completely dependent on who you get. The blonde who seems to have been there each time really should not be in the service industry. I say that with 30+ years experience. Went tonight. They were slammed. I get it. Waited 45 minutes seated at the bar with not even a glance. Bar clears and still nothing. Ended up walking to the mid section to order a drink from a kind member of the kitchen staff who happened to be behind the bar. Another 20 minutes before one of the bartenders came to us. (Bar now has 9 people seated and just a table with a single guy behind us) Ordered our food, it was delicious. Yet again sitting with two empties in the rail for another 15 minutes. Same nice kitchen guy checks on us. Finally got our check. Do better guys. You have an amazing space and great food. The blondes arrogance and dismissive approach is gonna cost you.

I’m pregnant and woke up out of my sleep craving some food and you guys showed up on Google as being relatively close to me. I work down the street at An’s house and I’ve heard good things but just never really got the chance to come down and try the food.
My boyfriend ordered the Reuben with fries and mango habanero wings, I ordered a margarita flatbread and garlic parm wings. The wings were absolutely amazing we were both big fans. He enjoyed the Reuben and I really like the flatbread.
Service was great, the two girls were busy but they were moving quickly as they could. I saw some other reviews that took away stars because the employee’s apparently weren’t smiling enough, I work in the service industry and I know what it’s like to be busy and focused and if I walked in somewhere and everybody had some weird creepy smile that was ear to ear I probably would be creeped out and it would seem fake to me so I prefer realness.
I love y’all, we will be back.

Came in for pool we rarely go out of this bar but I love the drinks so I was so excited to drink and I was going to get the wedge salad it’s my favorite. Walked in and didn’t get greeted sat there for 10 mins. The blonde girl behind the bar had a huge attitude must not need the money. She ignored me and my friend for 10 mins till a guy came over and asked if we needed anything. I almost said no but I at least wanted one drink so I got one. He barely said a word to me. Absolute terrible customer service. Ashley who works there is amazing and she always takes such good care of her guests I wish she was working. Definitely shouldn’t have a pool team out of this bar if they don’t welcome guests. A group came in after us and they gave them a warm welcome. I think they are just racist and didn’t think I was going to tip them but I work in hospitality too.

I’m saddened to say this is the second time I’ve experienced poor customer service here. A group of friends and I came in to play pool and have drinks and were planning to order food as well.
When we went to place our food order, the bartenders acknowledged us briefly but continued their conversations with other customers instead of helping us. After waiting several minutes without service, we decided to finish our pool game and leave.
It was disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests have a better experience.

Had the caprese panini sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was very good. The salad crisp and fresh I would, highly recommend it to others and will probably go back again. I was with a party of eight and everybody enjoyed their food also, they thought it was very good.

Absolute hidden gem. The hotel is a cool enough place by itself, but this was a great place with great people. Mike the bartender was awesome. They also have a great selection of liquor and 16 beers on tap. Darts, billiards, pinball machine, and the food was damn good, had the Hot Damn Burger. Overall, fun place to drink and eat. I liked the setting and look. Will definitely be back whenever in town.

First visit. The hotel property )ooks like it has seen better days. But down a long steep carpeted stair there was a large bar area. A standard bar, tables, small stage area for live music. They had a menu of food and drinks. We ordered from the bar. Acoustics weren’t half bad. Parking is on the street or a small lot behind the hotel. Prices were pretty good too.

The first 3 times I ordered from these guys, they were great. I loved their wings. I ordered 24 wings tonight. 12 hot, 6 buffalo Cajun, 6 bomdiggity. All 24 had NO SAUCE. I will never order here again. I spent $50 on 24 wings. At least give me sauce!
