Probably the best banana bread I have ever had in my entire life(sorry mom). You can tell everything is from scratch! Nothing artificial and I don’t care what he would’ve charged I would’ve paid but great price! A little small place and hours are unique, but calling or stopping by at random times is worth it. If he doesn’t have what you want, you can request literally anything and he will make it! So worth the stop!

We LOVE Korean food as a rule.. and this was the best I have eaten (in the US at least grin).. as good as the food was, the service was even better. This restaurant is a hidden gem, but apparently well known to the locals.. highly recommended!!!

We honestly visited this place because of the reviews and we love visiting “local” places. We are so HAPPY that we did! They are only open with reservation due to VERY LIMITED seating. Simon will bake you anything you want, even vegan pastries, if you call it in or will serve you whatever he has already made if you stay and visit with him. The coffee is a great pour over but the conversation is the BEST! We loved visiting with Simon over a slice of butter cake a cup of coffee.

Happened upon these lovely folks at the farmers market on Tybee. Most of what I purchased is for breakfast tomorrow, but I did get a slice of coconut cream pie and it was delicious. I will say, without hesitation, the crust was the best I have ever had from a bakery. Can’t wait to try the sticky buns! Stay tuned

This place is unique and quaint inside; the owners were friendly,
very welcoming. The baked goods were AMAZING! We had the brownies, banana bread and sticky buns. Every item was fresh and delicious! We will be back on our next trip to Tybee Island.

This bakery is amazing! They aren’t your typical bakery but we called and Simon, the baker, asked what we wanted and we ordered a Peanut Butter Pie. Best peanut butter pie we have ever had. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating and you can tell (and taste!) that everything is handmade. Simon definitely knows his way around a bakery and we will definitely be back to order more from here!

Not your typical bakery but truly one of a kind. There doesn’t seem to be a normal daily menu but whatever they have made will be great. We tried the pecan pie with homemade whipped cream and it was wonderful. We also had fresh, hand poured coffee that truly was great. Call ahead if you are craving something in particular.

An excellent experience. I called, spoke with Simeon and he asked me what type of dessert I was wanting. I decided on Key Lime Pie. The bakery was closed the day I called (my phone call was still returned), and I picked up my pie the next morning. He’s gifted. The pie wasn’t a quick and easy cold fridge pie, but a real, baked Key Lime Pie. The crust is incredible. Both Simeon and Miss Korea are kind, restaurant owners who truly care about above standard customer service.
