Fun outdoor pup of sorts, bar food on the water, and it’s exactly what you would expect. Fried food, burgers, wings, and more. It came up seafood on the app, but aside from a few items like fried clams, shrimp, fish sandwiches, or salads, there weren’t many options. Nonetheless, we ate well.
I had the gator bites, which were very tender, and the medium wings, full of flavor—a treat along with my cold beer. My wife had the Cuban sandwich, which was fine, pressed and made as it’s meant to be, with onion rings on the side.
Our server was excellent, attentive without being overbearing. We had a great time on the porch; it was a cloudy day and inside was too cold (a good thing in FL summer) for my wife.
Parking can be difficult; there were plenty of tables, but parking was full and there was no clear sign of where to park, so we found a small spot on the side of the building.
Come and enjoy sitting on the porch or inside, and be prepared to walk out with a full belly.

Why are you giving one usage paper bowl and plastic ustensile to people eating in the restaurant, come on, you can do better to preserve the environment, don’t you think so?
Real metal ustensiles are washable, this way you could even lower your cost and show to people that you really car about nature.

Everytime I visit Winter Haven this is a must for me. I can have a great burger, a cold beer, a great view, and my dog gets to enjoy it with me.

Relaxed atmosphere, great food, good service. I highly recommend the wings with Trop Sauce. It has a sweet heat to it. There is outside covered seating with a fabulous view of the lake and inside as seating as well. You can get to the Prop by boat or car. Parking is kind of minimal but doable and still worth the good food to go.

We love the Twisted Prop! The wings, Philly steak, salads, and tacos are delicious. In addition, the servers, cooks, & owners take the time to welcome us each visit, and they give special attention and treats to our service dog, Gepetto!

A trump loving, fox news playing redneck dive. The service sucks. We waited about 45 mins before our food came out .Unfriendly waitress, soda was spilled all over the Styrofoam cups they serve it in. No refills, no asking if we needed anything else. Never saw the waitress again until it was time for the check. Food was tasteless. Don’t waste your money.

Some of the best wings I’ve ever had! Outstanding service! Very busy on the Saturday night we were there but the food and drinks were served very fast. Cold beer, hot wings & crispy fried seafood! Live music as well. Will definitely be back.

Went there for lunch with my son and had a great time quick efficient service, amazing food. Had 2 cheeseburgers and fries and started out with Gator bites truly very good. Definitely will be returning.
