Easy decision to one star. We’ve been twice so far. The first experience was okay. We had good service. My Godzilla burger tasted peculiar, but my girlfriends western burger tasted pretty good. The second time we went the service was awful. I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for a refill. I got the dirty burger that had chili on it and it was awful. All of their meat is just tasteless. It has great potential though. Good atmosphere but room for improvement.

I’ve only been here twice but wasn’t too impressed. The burger was decent but the wait during a not very busy lunch hour was ridiculous. Give me some ground chuck, a hot grill and ten minutes and I could have done much better.
My buddies went there direct while I stopped at the gas station two miles away to fill up the bike. When I got there my buddies still hadn’t got their drinks yet. I sat down it took another 10 minutes to order and 20 minutes for lunch.
Next trip we wanted a burger at 8:30pm, so looked at Yelp and it said was open until 10pm. Got there at 8:50pm and a family of six was getting turned away because they close at 9pm. The father asked how long it would take to get served if they ordered right now and the waitress said 15 minutes as she locked the door and walked away.
They turned a family of six, my family of three, and another couple just because they didn’t want to work late. By my math 11 people at $8 each, plus tips, they would have made over $100 for staying open 20 minutes longer.

Some of the best burgers you’ll get in town, hands down. The regular and sweet potato fries are top notch. The Western is extremely good if you like a bit of kick to a burger.

Not the best. The burgers and fries were cold. The cricket was not what it was. The cream cheese was cold and looked like they just cut a hunk off the block and layed it on a cold burger. The cheese sticks that was good not look like they opened some beef and cheese packs took the cheese out and fries them. Dont think i will be back any time soon esp. For the price I paid

Definitely a good burger joint, me and my friends love to eat here, the burgers are good, fries are great and i actually get my money’s worth. The service is good and kinda fast, everyone is nice and friendly as well. If you haven’t been here yet you should give it a try!

My wife and I wete big fans if Twisted Burger when they were in West Point. Ever since they moved to Columbus, the quality amd service have seriously declined.
We ate there for lunch today after a short hiatus due to disappointing service a few months back. We decided to see if it had improved.
We will never go back. The burgers were undercooked – and I eat my steaks blue, so I’m not a squeamish diner. In addition, they left half of the ingredients off of our burgers.
To further add insult to injury, the size if our side of fries was equivalent to a fast food kids meal. Part of what used to be good here was awesome fries – no more. Had it solely been a smaller portion, I’d have let it go. We got charged $3 an order for that disappointment.
A complete disappointment for a place that was our go-to for great burgers in the area. Sadly, we just can’t continue to support a business with subpar service and food that charges a premium price for the privilege.

Hmmm…my experience at the Twisted Burger… Well, let’s see, when they were located in West Point the service was horrible and now their in Columbus, the service is horrible. Smh! In my opinion the staff / server or very rude BUT here’s thing (its against African Americans). The server and staff are disrespectful, distasteful and rude.
Out of my mother’s choice, she wanted to try their burgers (which are good) but I had no desire to patronize with the Burger place based on previous dissatisfied service but one more time I tell myself. (I’m trying them one more time) To my disappointment, the same poor service was given. I advise all…go eat some where. Sad but true! My cash is green BUT I will definitely be spending it else where.

Visited Twisted Burger for nephews birthday party. Waitress was very friendly, food was good and it was reasonably priced. But, my daughter along with a friend each ordered cheese qurds for an appetizer and after asking about yhem several times they finally showed up midway through our meal. After asking for napkins we finally received them after everyone had gotten their meal. Several of the orders were mixed up.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. My food was over seasoned so I complained. The manager, high on drugs, refused my refund and told me she couldn’t refund my money just because I didn’t like my food and if I wanted a refund I would have to talk to her brother, other owner,. I told her I was traveling from out of town and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I WILL NEVER GO TO EITHER LOCATION
