Been three times so far and would go more often
if closer. New, clean food trailer operation by the couple that runs Madre downtown. The five choice menu changes every week, showing off the chef’s desire to try several different entrée styles from breakfast sandwiches to bowls, salads and burritos. Had a wonderful Carne Asada Burrito, layers of flavors. Big chunks of potatoes, avocado salsa, tender meat, pinto beans. Italian hoagie, crusty soft bread. Great taste, texture of fish tacos.
