We were there for Halloween it was fantastic, the food is good, I truly enjoyed my mocktail, but I must admit the group they had on stage was fantastic. I danced, sang along with them. I had so much fun. First time visiting there from NY. Will be going back when we visit NC again

$13.50 for these pitiful “cheesesteak egg rolls”. We used to eat here fairly regularly, but last several times have been a severe disappointment. I specifically asked how many the order came with, the waitress initially said “6”, and when I picked up the order there is clearly these 4 unsavory items. When asking for the additional two, the waitresses both studied the menu and realizing the number wasn’t on the menu, went back to the kitchen to ask – she then reported the “kitchen says it’s 8 but they cut them in half”. I explained it’s clearly not cut in half and not even close to 8.
Sadly, this is not the only negative experience we have had with inconsistencies in the way food is prepared, or in the disconnect with the menu. The inflated prices aren’t close to what the food is worth.

The place was completely packed when we arrived for dinner which is good, nice and lively. However I only want to give this place 3 stars for a few reasons. First when we are taken to our table they sit us at the most wobbly table in the corner I have ever come into contact with. It bent and moved in every direction with ease so we asked to be re-seated. Second is that we have been here before in the past but it has been a year or more and when I ordered a beer it was in a much smaller glass cup than the mug they used to serve drafts in so you pay $8 for a very small glass of beer just so they can make that much more profit, not for the customer. Third my girlfriend and I both saw the pepper burger being on the menu and we both wanted it only to find out they don’t serve it anymore…but still on the menu. Overall not a great experience with all of these elements. The server was fantastic though the one saving grace.

We had enjoyed their Key West dry rub wings before so we wanted to order them for the big game for the National Championship.
I placed the order on the phone and the gentleman that took the order was so patient getting all the details right and we picked them up right on time. The young lady that helped me was very nice as well
A little too much seasoning this time but just great and delicious.
It makes such a difference when people are nice, do their job and deliver what is promised.

Stopped in for brunch on Sunday and had a great experience. Food was tasty, good portions and great service. A few kids meals, steak and eggs, breakfast platter and French onion soup. Would come back for sure. The ambiance is chill and sports games on several TVs to enjoy.

Went with my sister for the music bingo they do on Thursday’s and our server, Isaiah, was extremely nice and welcoming, and the service was amazing! Same for the guy hosting the music bingo, we arrived a bit late and he came up to us and told us which songs had already passed! The food was also yummy.

First time visiting. Sara was our waitress and she was really kind and prompt with our service. The food was good, nice and hot.
This is a bar/restaurant so if you are looking for this type of environment you need to visit. They have some decorations up for the Christmas holiday, which brightens up the restaurant.

Came for lunch for the Labor Day Holiday. Located in the shopping center behind their Starbucks. Was not busy at all, and they had plenty of parking located in their lot. We were seated right away upon arrival. Our waiter was super efficient and friendly (failed to get his name) very attentive and gave great recommendations. I ordered their regular carolina burger with French fries. My sister ordered their French onion soup, pimento but sandwich, and house salad. Their fries were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I’m a French fry person, and these were the best. They were crispy just how I like them and not super hot to where you need to wait till their cold to eat. Burger was delicious as well. The meat felt a bit dry, though, but it didn’t bother me too much. Still delicious! Definetly will come back if I’m ever in the area.

Change in management has destroyed this restaurant. If you want a burger past 8 o’clock, be prepared to show ID.
While the regular bartenders have and always will be amazing and the best – the management doesn’t respect the staff. This bar/ restaurant is pay for play. The high roller regulars run the joint. The people that spend the most money get treated with priority and preemption. The bouncer will lay hands on you if you dare cross the threshold of the hostess stand. The servers will also cuss you out behind the establishment like you are a graffiti artist tagging the building. As a 15 year customer to this location, even before it was the trail house, it is very disappointing to see a local staple decline so far in customer service in favor of making money. Again I will reiterate, the bar staff are the absolute best in the business. This is a management and ownership problem, thru n thru……

We brought friends from out of town to trail house. A friend of mine saw on Facebook that you guys just got a pool table. The manager informed us that you guys do not have balls for it yet. I will say Jada and Lexi behind the bar were amazing. If it wasn’t for them 2 we would have left right away. They made it a great night!
