My niece and I went for a late dinner last night and we were very pleased with the food, service and atmosphere. I will definitely come back soon! I also appreciate that they close late on Saturday that way we didn’t feel rushed before closing time. I got the western burger with the truffle fries and my niece got the shrimp tacos. Very good food.

I had a great experience dining in for dinner on a Saturday night. The vibe was very welcoming and relaxed.
The food was amazing.
Our waitress recommended the bang bang shrimp tacos which I ordered and I absolutely will order again
Very attentive service
Look forward to going back again!

The food is great. Sam, our waiter was great. He gave us great recommendations. I had the Thai Salad Wrap with the garlic fries and to drink I had the Antioxidant Lemonade.

They have a really nice place and. Environment. We got a little before dinner time, the service was amazing by our waiter Jayven, the flavor of the food and drinks was on point. I ordered a butterbeer with alcohol and it was really good, not crazy sweet like other ones I have tried before.

My family and I visited Tradewinds Pub in Reedley on Saturday, December 20th, at approximately 10:00 PM. We drove a few hours specifically to see the holiday display, but the experience was a complete failure in hospitality and professionalism.

The issues began at the entrance. Despite a prominent “Please Wait to be Seated” sign at the door, our party waited for 10 to 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. As first-time visitors, we were confused by the lack of staff presence until we finally approached the bartender, who informed us that it was actually open seating. This lack of clear communication was an unfortunate sign of what was to come.

Once seated, the service was highly unprofessional:
* Hostile Attitude: Our server (pictured) was visibly bothered that only three members of our party were ordering alcoholic beverages, questioning us multiple times on the matter.
* Arbitrary Restrictions: Without explanation, she informed us she would only serve our group one drink each for the entire night. When we politely attempted to ask for clarification, she immediately walked away and refused to return to the table.
* Neglect & Unprofessionalism: A simple request for water was never fulfilled. We were ignored for the rest of the night while the server socialized with other patrons at the bar and frequently stared at our group.
* Payment & Transparency Issues: No tab was ever brought to our table. At the bar, we were told it was “cash only,” yet when we mentioned we only had a card, we were told there would be an additional fee. I saw no signage regarding extra fees for card or debit use. I would recommend that future visitors check for visible fee disclosures, as California state guidelines (SB 478) require transparency regarding mandatory charges.

We traveled a long distance to support this business, but the disrespectful treatment and lack of basic service standards were unacceptable. I strongly recommend skipping this location.

This pub is the best pub I have been to. Every 30 minutes the monkeys above the tables come alive and make noise. The food is excellent and the servers were outstanding. Plus live music. Love this place.

Rating this place strictly on atmosphere and service as i did not have any drinks or food. The presence of this whole place is exactly what i want in a laid back lounge. Not dingy, or dark or smelly like those gross bars. This place was absolutely beautifully put together and the service was absolutely attentive even though we didn’t order any food. I loved that they had a bar setting along with the half booth set up against the wall for those like me who dont want to be stuck at the bar to sit. Great beautiful place

Amazing food. Great local spot. We were there for the ground opening. Super busy. Took a few but totally worth the wait. We will be back again.
Update
If you’re planning on going for dinner, I highly recommend calling and getting a reservation. Forgot it was Friday, my fault. Without a reservation, I don’t think you would get a table without a reservation. Managed to snag one, but the rest of the tables were going to the reservation. I understand that, so next time, I’m getting a reservation no matter what. Amazing food again, burgers were amazing, mac and cheese outstanding. One recommendation to the chef is a little bit more seating on the chicken on the Mac and cheese.
Thanks for another amazing time. We will be back again next time with a reservation.

Lovely atmosphere, very comfortable and welcoming. Seemed like it’d be a great place for a date, so i tried it. However, the “bang bang shrimp” had no bang at all ‐ I doused them in Tabasco for a flavor other than cheap warm mayonnaise. And the “roasted” brussel sprouts were deep fried into oblivion, black and burned tasting, and otherwise bland. At least the beer was nice and cold, but even that left me wondering about its freshness. My server was polite and cheerful, but never asked me about the food and never asked me if I’d like another drink, or even my tab, just a “how you doing over here”… I left disappointed and will most likely not return. Definitely won’t be taking anyone out here. Bummer.

Oh, and the $20‐30 price.. expect closer to $50 a head after tip. My tab for two of the cheapest apps and a 16oz beer was $44 before tip.
