Stopped in for brunch on a Sunday. We were seated at a table near the bar within minutes of arriving. The table was gross with food particles between the slats of the table. We opted to move to the bar.
We went here specifically for the Loaded Bloody Marys – the bartender told us she could make a Bloody Mary but they were out of the stuff for the skewers. The Bloody Mary was mediocre. From a mix and not made fresh. I ordered an espresso martini before I realized it was also premade. It was not very good at all. Very syrupy. I couldn’t finish it.
Husband ordered a meat omelette and I ordered the standard breakfast- scrambled eggs, bacon, tots, and a bagel with cream cheese. They brought my meal out 40 mins after we ordered. The eggs were so over cooked they were crispy and the smell of burnt eggs was strong. The bacon was also burnt. So I asked if they could remake the meal and inquired as to where my husband’s meal was. The server came back after 10 mins and asked what he ordered. It hadn’t even been input into the system. 20 mins later, his omelette comes out. A bit over cooked but he ate some of it anyway. 10 Mins later, my meal came back out burnt worse than the first time. I decided to just eat the bagel and asked for cream cheese again. The server said they didn’t have any. At this point we had been in the restaurant for an hour and 35 mins, and I still didn’t have an edible meal.
They didn’t charge for my meal that was brought out twice but I also left very hungry and frustrated. If a restaurant can’t get bacon and eggs right or prepare two meals to come out together, there’s an issue in the kitchen. After my husband finished his meal and I sent the second meal back the manager came out with a cup of cream cheese…but didn’t bother to explain or apologize for the bad experience. She did ask if I wanted something else. I declined as my husband was finished and we were more than ready to go.

Beautiful restaurant with great service and amazing food. The one complaint is we were there during the Browns game and they had the volume so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. To order we actually had to yell. I’m not exaggerating. I couldn’t wait to leave, luckily our food came out fast.

Love it here. Our family and friends (and neighbors) go to Town Tavern often, of course. Always enjoy their pleasant and upbeat staff, quick and thorough service, attention to all the details for our meals and drinks. The kids always enjoy being there with us too. Our food has always been fresh and delicious. For our most recent lunch, I tried the Southwest Chipotle salad with chicken, now a new favorite along with the Cilantro Lime Chicken power bowl I usually get. Love their cocktail options, always something new to try. Our favorite place for lunch or dinner in Copley 🙂

The food was excellent the wait for the meal was spot on maybe 20 minutes. But, it was worth the wait. Definitely will be back!!

Family met here for dinner and the Cavs game. We had a section to ourselves. We had several appetizers and all were great. The cheese curds and wings were really good. Several of us had a bowl of chili which was also good. I had the perch sandwich and it was excellent. We will be back.

Nice large space. Jaiden was an awesome attentive server. She checked to make sure that things were right several times.
The restaurant was clean
The menu was vast.
The serving size was large.
The value was fair.
The food was average.
Nothing tasted homemade, it all tasted pre-packaged like some of the 1980’s big box sports bars that are rapidly closing during the past few years.
Nice television coverage for the AFC playoff game, but no audio.
2.5% credit card fee.
(This needs to be outlawed IMHO)
(Or at least verbally notified by hostess on arrival)

Wow, what an incredible experience! Our server, Sophia, was the BEST server I’ve ever had in my entire dining experience. She was attentive and friendly but more than that, she genuinely seemed to have a natural intuition about what the guest needs next. The food came out fresh, hot, and deeply flavorful. The mimosas were the perfect ratio of juice + bubbly and my significant other LOVED his loaded Bloody Mary. I highly recommend the Wisconsin Cheese Curds as a starter, the Nashville Hot Chicken Waffle Sandwich off the brunch menu and the Classic Tavern Breakfast. Everything is perfectly portioned, dressed, and their homemade dipping sauces are perfectly seasoned and immensely flavorful. I will definitely be back!

Great food in Copley! We came here on a Sunday afternoon and the vibe was like a friendly city bar. The place is huge and there are many options for seating. We got the peppers as an appetizer and they were very tasty. The Wisconsin cheese curds came with some really good marinara and were surprisingly filling. The pierogis were amazing and had the perfect amount of spice and so did the chicken power bowl which was very good. There were many options and the menu was varied and had some good healthy options. Definitely recommend taking the time to eat here

The first visit was for brunch on a Sunday. Everyone was very happy with food. Nice atmosphere, but we ate on the deck. Prices were reasonable for the food. Hope this one stays on the hill for a while. We will be going back for sure.

We like going here but I don’t understand the rude staff. We come in with toddlers and they try to sit us at a high top. We asked for a regular table and they had an attitude. We go Sundays because kids eat free and they give us our bill full price. We have to remind them of the kids meal deal as if they didn’t know…
