Cara took care of us and made sure our dining experience was awesome. Service was attentive and Cara was helpful by suggesting those little extras.
My coffee was always full and topped off with a friendly smile.

This small town diner may not look like much, but the food and service were excellent. Locally sourced beef and eggs. Reasonable prices. The homemade vegetable beef soup, patty melt, garden salad with tuna salad, burger and daily special tri tip dip were all delicious. The strawberry rhubarb pie was perfect with vanilla ice cream. Didn’t get photos of everything. You could easily eat for under $20 per person but our group wanted to try too many things! Highly recommend if you’re driving to or from Yellowstone.

WORTH THE DRIVE.

Had the “Today’s Special” — a Tri-Tip Dip with Brisket Mac & Spicy Slaw — and it was unforgettable.

The Tri-Tip Dip was perfectly grilled and dunked in a rich, flavorful au jus that deserves its own fan club. The Brisket Mac? Creamy, cheesy, and packed with smoky brisket and sweet corn for that perfect pop of texture. The Spicy Slaw balanced everything with just the right kick.

Add in friendly, small-town service that makes you feel like a regular, and you’ve got a destination meal worth planning a road trip around.

Highly recommend. Bring your app

If you’re hungry for pancakes and passing through this town in the morning, by all means stop in for breakfast. I’ve been to many diners around the country, and this is my favorite. The cakes were perfect in taste, color, size and shape. Butter and syrup were also top quality, and the scrambled eggs were fresh and fluffy. The staff was hard working and serious minded. Outside, the reader board message is quite cute.

I drive past this awesome restaurant about three time a month. Today I called about 15 before I arrived and order the “In and Out” burger. When I arrived I wait maybe 2 minutes. It was delicious. Service was done with a smile. I felt appreciated for stopping in for lunch. It was nice. I’ll keep going in!

Stopped by on a road trip right before they were closing, and they were very friendly. The sandwiches (especially the bacon and roast beef) were incredible – honestly one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The spot is very cute, too! Highly recommend

An icon stop. Good food, fair prices, small diner, patient folks only, and if you’re lucky you can get a good piece of strawberry rhubarb pie. All scratch.
